    Is that..............wood panelling wallpaper?
And..........is there really a stuffed fox riding the bannister?

There's stuffed foxes everywhere. There's one on top of the tumble dryer for some reason.

Wouldn't be surprised if the contact is one of the residents.

Landlord will have one person to deal with, and leave them to sort out new tenants, etc. themselves.
Expects full rent regardless of whether they fill all the beds or not; but doesn't take on any of the hassle himself

It's like an assault on the senses.

I feel like the doorbell of that house plays 'Hail Britannia' when you press it.

I'd like that house if about 95% of the ornaments and furniture were taken out.

Whoever owns it spent an absolute fortune on it.

Yeah I think the house is actually really gorgeous. It just needs industrial levels of paint stripper and a blow torch before I could move into it.

The decoration is of course ridiculous but there's nothing wrong with the house itself.

My masochist side just enjoys the 1 bed sheds in some chancers back garden for 1200 a month.

You will share the room with a 23 year old Male and a 50 year old lady. Both very neat and respectful people.

And from the pics it looks like 2 of the 3 people in that room will be in bunk beds. As adults. :(

    350 x 7 = €2,450pm in Crumlin. WTAF?

It gives it that kinda Finnish woods in winter look.
The kind of look that gives them high suicide rate.

I often wonder who exactly works as designers for wallpaper and paint companies.

they featured wallpapers in the sunday times property supplement yesterday. One of them was €187 a roll. Probably best to just use that on a feature wall.

There's as many pictures of a bottle of gin as pictures of the bedrooms :D

I wonder did the letting agent cook the steaks after the photoshoot?

He has a disposable barbeque with the meat raised above it on a grill, so you would be a while waiting for it to cook like that!

average salary around the docklands is apparently 102k, so...

that 4000 / month cost 75000/year before Tax.

Your Net Salary on 102k would be around 5120 / month, so you'd be left with 1120 euros to pay everything else after your rent.

I wouldn't expect to have to share a house/fridge with someone while I'm earning 100k/year (or I dunno like, maybe that's just me)

Spending 75% of your Salary on Rent ... :)

That was the reason i was thinking it was a corporate let.
We have people in the US who have to travel over here for a month or more. last year I travelled over there for a month. When you're travelling that long it's cheaper to rent a place for that much than it is to rent a hotel room for 200-300 a night. Especially when the office is paying for it.

€102k average salary. That means that a lot of people working in the docklands area are on more than that.

I'd imagine that house isn't aimed at the average dude/dudette working there.
