Alot of people are talking about the prep involved but for us there was none bar alcohol! We drank wine, had regular sex and got really turned on then switched over slowly. There was no lube. We just really fancy each other and both wanted to do it so that in itself was all the lube we needed. We did shower midway through though and obviously we talked about it first but there's not as much prep as some people seem to think.

The prep I would be worried about would be douching, not necessarily anything other than that. Like you, bit of alcohol is enough. Always good to have a bit of lube ready though

Going as reregistered for this as a few friends know me by other username.

My oh and myself did it the other night, married 18 years, often thought about it but Christmas night we gave it a go. Have to say we really enjoyed it, did it again next morning, but we both agreed it's not something we'd be doing regularly if at all again.
