This is a pretty bad answer.

The chances of contracting it during unprotected vaginal sex are extremely low. (1/2500 for a man getting it from a woman, or 1/1250 for the woman getting it). You didn't even mention condoms but I presume you meant none.
HIV is in no way a death sentence anymore. My friend has it and he's been perfectly honest with us and said it's not a big deal. I worked with him for years and never saw him ill.

So, you'd have millions or billions of euros for a 1/2500 chance of getting HIV, which you'd be able to manage since medicine for it is always improving. (I understand it was awful in the past).

And you'd have a 2499/2500 chance of getting the ride and a load of cash.

It would depend on the stranger.

There are many well know people who are utter strangers to me that I would bump off for a fraction of the above.

Unless the person paying the money was also the one I had to kill.

Same I guess for seriously injuring someone; causing brain damage or paralysing them, etc. Punching a randomer in the face wouldn't be so bad, you could throw a few quid at them after and everyone would be happy.

For everything else, there's usually a price where the long-term trauma can be offset with money. Lose a limb? Would it be that bad if you also had 100 million euro?

I could do. Fairly sure computer games have desensitized me there but give me a hammer or a knife and ask me to kill someone and I probably couldn't.
