I don't understand why people get so annoyed at this. This is a forum of maybe 150 active members in a game of more than five million people. We discuss our transfers, teams and strategies all year round but people get salty when someone reminds folks of a gw starting.

Then again, maybe it's a joke I'm not getting!!

Transfer was TAA to Digne.

1 transfer carried so I can swap Kane or Auba out and get Salah/Hazard in if necessary.

But we're not in cash leagues with the other 4,999,850 people, and also some of us are just petty, reeaaalllllllll petty and love nothing more than hearing about someone messing up their transfer or captain selection cos they missed the gameweek deadline!

Its highly unlikely I get Pedro unfortunately. I just think he is a great option next 4 gameweeks but me getting in sterling is of far more importance.

against a top team, it's very hard to choose a defender from a midtable team or lower, no matter how attacking they are.

the question you have to ask yourself is who is more likely to get an attacking return, assuming you don't think Wolves will keep a clean sheet.

you're asking for trouble in selling Sane. he's the least prone to rotation at the moment in the League. Pep quite purposely rested him for the Carabao Cup IMO, as he can't risk not having the width he provides for a League campaign where it looks like he's going to need every point he can get.

Sane is the most likely City attacker to play every game up to Jan 2nd IMO (even though I think he will get rested).

I'm now getting a little worried with my Everton / Spurs assets given the lack of rest between games. Would be happy to sell Ricky for a few weeks if I wasn't losing so much £.

I wouldnt worry about the value. Highly unlikely he will be in your team for the rest of the season anyway. Im always happy to cash in my value .

I'd be astonished if Liverpool didn't score and if Wolves do, there's a great chance that Jimenez will be involved.

There's a 0.5m difference in price though (albeit close enough to 0.4 now as Ricky is falling). I realise it's unlikely he'll be in my team all season but if I do get rid for a few weeks and I'm wrong in his potential down turn in points then I'll struggle to get him back without a few moves.

Fancy Wolves to score, Jiminez to be involved. Doherty too is like a 6th mid this season, you have him for attacking returns, defensive points a bonus. Even against Liverpool, think both will be involved somewhat

Operation ‘can I operate without Hazard’ feels like it’s gonna require a full 5 hours of thought.

Don’t know which of Sane, Sterling (realistically it’s not gonna be him), Kane and Aubameyang I should be willing to forfeit as part of a -4 to make it happen.

No Sterling would be a concern for me. I’d have him before Hazard, even though you have Sane.

Would Kane to Jimenez give you cash for Snod or Ricky to Sterling? I think Snod’s good run will come to an end soon.

Not too confident this week. The team feels stale but that's maybe me overthinking it. I think Alli will be rested too, but hopefully that's then his rest out of the way.
