I actually thought Carra was making some great points during the match yesterday, especially regards Firminos form or lack thereof.

Carra likely doesn't understand that Bobby is much more than a normal #9 :)
Even an out if form Bobby, not scoring, not pressing & not creating space for mane & mo is crucial for us.

He is refusing to sign a new contract. He has had his nose put out by Sancho....

Rumour today in the local press in Dortmund was that Chelsea offered 70 million for him.

Just give Lyon £250m for Fekir, Memphis, Aouar & Ndombele either in Janaury or the summer.

Yeah, he's one of the obvious ones, but with 18 months left on his contract and Dortmund dominating the Bundesliga, he won't be cheap, and he's had injury problems this season.

On the flip side he's started 4 games in the league, been injured a lot and has 18 months on his contract which isn't a lot, and wont sign a new contract. 70M is bonkers for him IMO....

If like me you can't get enough of that ending - Here it is from every possible angle and no commentary just crowd noise :)

You can see the Everton fans throw on the smoke bomb when they think VVD shot is going out lol

Also with no annoying commentary you can hear the ball hit the bar when Pickford goes for it so he had to go for it to make sure it went out but he messed up and tried to be cocky

Re-watching the goal for the 100 time what strikes me is the Brazilians.

Fab moved the ball forward 10 yards after the ref blew the whistle for obstruction, Something you don't see to often is players actually moving the ball up.

The Alisson running up to TAA and passing it to him to open up the angle instead of just pumping a long ball into the box.

I love the way pickford blames the linesman first, then the ref, then the crossbar, then the defenders then finally himself.

I think Origi should be given a chance over the next couple of games, based only on the fact he had the head on him to chase down that ball when it looked like it was going out.

    What a career resurrection though.

Came closest to scoring for us before that also....

What about when pep was on the field roughing up an opposition player (Redmond)

It may have looked like that but IIRC he wasn't roughing up Redmond at all, he was actually complimenting Redmond for his talent and telling him to be brave and fulfil his potential etc etc.

    True.

He’s a much better option than Solanke.

    That’s a bit cringe worthy.

And Bobby going wild on the sidelines :D

    Brilliant - cheers for that.

One of favourite parts about that is the man who's just sprinted onto the pitch to celebrate with his goalkeeper, trots back off then points to his head telling his team to focus. Nutter.

5 live tonight with Ian Wright and Chris Sutton, someone made the point again that if it was Mourhino that ran on the pitch everyone would be up in arms, Sutton said united would have to win a game first :D

    Ouch

I'm actually a bit nervous about the Burnley game, they really need some pts and it's never the easiest place to go, add in the fact mane, Robertson, and Bobby might be rested it could make for a tough night

Wonder could we get Raggy back for this Burnley game !!

An opportunity for them to turn their season around alright.....think we'll have too much for them, even though they are in awful form I'd say it'll be a tough one all the same....

Wolves will not be playing their first team, they'll have bigger fish to fry, four defeats in a row now and they'll surely be wary of picking up any knocks to important players.

As an Everton fan I don't thing Klopp was distasteful yesterday in celebration. It wasn't to wind anybody up it was just his emotion at the time.

In a game where Liverpool are pretty much guaranted 3 points every year a draw would have been a bad result for a title challenge and he knew that.

Honestly we are unbeaten at home for about a season and a half now and Everton were the first team I thought should of beat us. Best Everton side I watched in a long time. Showed us no respect unlike the cowardly approach of the last few managers.

City should have beaten us too alright, that missed pen in the final minutes must be annoying Pep more and more with each passing week!

I wouldn't say Everton should have beaten us, they had chances yes but so did we.
Could have beaten us yes, should have no

Draw probably would have been 'fair' alright.
