As an Everton fan I don't thing Klopp was distasteful yesterday in celebration. It wasn't to wind anybody up it was just his emotion at the time.

In a game where Liverpool are pretty much guaranted 3 points every year a draw would have been a bad result for a title challenge and he knew that.

Don't do yourselves a disservice. Every other year wasn't the same as yesterday. Everton were excellent and are moving in the right direction. Be pushing further up the table as the season goes on.

He’s trying so hard but it’s still creeping in at the end.

Pickford gave an interview before the game saying he wouldn't make a mistake like AB (did in the Leicester game). He outLoverned Lovern right there.

He's like the polar opposite of Rafa. Rafa generally doesn't even crack a smile when his team scores.

When Rafas team scores he is busy taking notes on what the scorer did wrong :pac:

He’s been charged and rightly so and I assume he’ll hold his hands up and say fair play. But that’s football. As Liverpool fans, he celebrated the way we all did.

1 of only 2 premier league ties. Not ideal really.

I was hoping for Solihull motors or Blackpool, shame.

I loved Carraghers reaction too, "Look at Jurgen Klopp!". It was such an ending to the game just when it looked a disappointing draw.

Carra in general is a terrible co commentator, then again so is Neville. Can't believe how often sky have them on doing their "own" sides.

5 live tonight with Ian Wright and Chris Sutton, someone made the point again that if it was Mourhino that ran on the pitch everyone would be up in arms, Sutton said united would have to win a game first :D

Yeah you’d hope to get a 3rd round draw where you can get away with resting a few players especially straight after the busy Christmas period. Wolves away not ideal for that and it’s straight after we play Arsenal and Man City too.

Just noticed City drew Rotherham at home. #rollseyes

Thats a nightmare draw. We play City away the Thurs before that game aswell. Two horrible draws in the domestic cups. Luck really comes into play with winning one of them.

Carra tries too hard to be “neutral” and just comes across as annoying. Actually hate when he’s commentating on Liverpool games.

Its almost like Mourinho didn't do that before and worse the way some people are banging on about it........

I actually thought Carra was making some great points during the match yesterday, especially regards Firminos form or lack thereof.

Think Firmino will sit out Wednesday.....Danny or Origi will come in I'd say, would like to see Keita start too.

Anyone think we'll dip into the transfer market in Jan?

If like me you can't get enough of that ending - Here it is from every possible angle and no commentary just crowd noise :)

    I dunno.

Wolves have a small enough squad, lose a game or 2 before that and they'll have to play a reserve team themselves, to prioritise league points. Liverpool second string should be good enough to beat wolves seconds surely?

Everyone keeps saying this when they are up in arms lol.

I'm not sure tbh, away to Wolves is a pretty tough tie with a full strength side. City, United, Arsenal all drew with them, I haven't watched too much of them but all I know is we could have done with a "handier" draw....

I hope we do (although I think Joyce or Pearce have already said it's a no go), if we make the right purchase it could give us that extra boost to push us on. The last few years we've been fantastic in the transfer market and I assume they already know who some (if not all) of the targets in the summer will be and if we have to pay a January premium on them I think it's worth it.

Obviously I'd want that player to be another attacking player.

Origi is like a new player.

Lallana will be like a new player till he breaks down again and then he will be like a new player till he breaks down again repeat till the end of the season.

Good question - was thinking that last night when it looked like we couldn't break the lines/have that spark of creativity in midfield and if we need to look in the market. I'm am absolutely not writing off Nabby and Fabby, there's good reason why we haven't seen their best yet, but I guess there's an impatience there that we're lacking something/options when the back 4 is now settled with decent options. The front three could also do with another fresh pair of legs, but to answer you question, I doubt we will unless the perfect option comes available and how likely is that? What's out there as a actual likely option rather than wishful thinking?
