Yes they are. They're in a box. Pic on leaflet is not correct. Was wondering the same thing myself! Got 6 boxes this morning!

Yes these offers sell out fast. Last year the Tayto's went fast, the Kimberly and Afternoon Tea went fast. There was a queue at the door for them and they were generally gone by 08:15 (But this is the same with any good offer at Lidl/Aldi) other things such as the Cadbury cakes didn't sell as fast.
