    I made the itchy.

And now you have a scratchy

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue

I can honestly say that was the best episode of Impy And Chimpy I've ever seen.

Family Guy or American Dad are much better.

The Simpsons show had a tie up episode with Family Guy: Both Homer and Peter should have been dead and buried a long long time ago.

    I made the itchy.
Do you mean "I did the iggy!"? :)

There is still the odd gem of an episode up to 2006 but that is the end of it.

    Shut her down, boys!

It's an obvious rip off of Tom and Jerry plus it's insulting to those who have dermatological problems

The original T and J hasn't been shown for donkeys years.
Even people who are adults won't get the joke now

Even at it’s worst the Simpsons was never that bad.

Add in the Cleveland Show and you have three series using the same characters.

Yes. And also Homer the alcoholic, Apu the racist stereo type, the stereo type Scotish man, every one except Flanders. Appease all the crying-babies.

The Simpsons is a spin off show.

Scratchy should be given his own show.

Totally agree, the problem with people thinking The Simpsons is rubbish now is because it was so fcking-funny-on-the-money- politically-incorrect for its peak years. Yes, average now, but average is still better than so much shi!te that is on the box right now

Its a tired old segment that should long ago have been withdrawn from the show. The thinly veiled repeat of the Jews getting their revenge on the Nazis with vicious violence and Itchy's glee at their comeuppance is tiresome, heavy handed, and quite out of date with modern views on the events it references.

Well you better not show your kids Ren and Stimpy then. :) :pac:

If you want to get into it, you got to get out of it. (Hawkwind 1982)

Think Rick and Morty has taken that accolade, obvs it's not for everyone. Well not kids anyway.

I'm not entirely sure The Simpsons at its peak years would go down well in today's uber PC society if it was a new creation.

I guess we can look forward to lots of very bland shows in the future, safe spaces and all.

The guy who targeted Apu with his 'Netflix documentary'...which is about as much a documentary as Louise O'Neill's was on 'Rape Culture'... is getting a ton of hate on his twitter. And rightfully so, his 'promotional propaganda' piece was just a way to jump start his career. Well, he's famous now-just for all the wrong reasons.
He honestly comes across as the most delusional individual you could meet.

Now there are people calling for Cartman to be removed from South Park-dangerous stereotype don'tcha know? Normalises negative behaviour etc.
A character who's a deliberate negative character is suddenly noticed for being a negative character.
These folks write the jokes themselves.

Considering The Simpson's isn't a children's show, what with the depiction of sex, politics and adult references and humour I would have to say "No"...

The Porch Pals one is creepy enough as it is, but check it out slowed down for maximum sinister:

The world needs irreverent comedy whether the simpsons or south park or whatever.
The po-faced liberals coveting this earth have got to have their panties put in a wad on a regular basis. If gor nothing else than to amuse me.

If and when the show comes to an end, I hope Apu makes a cameo in the final episode.
