Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't forget to print off the M&S voucher posted in another thread and hand to the driver on delivery (with your order number written on it) for an extra €5 refund.

Tried using one of those instore today (didn't notice until later that not valid until tomorrow) and it was refused. Was told that they only take coupons from Aldi, Lidl and Supervalu. So your mileage might vary on using the M&S one.

Acceptance of M&S and Iceland vouchers has been repeatedly confirmed by Tesco customer service.

If you get refused anywhere, relay that info to Tesco CS and they will get in touch with the relevant store manager to ensure they're aware of the vouchers to accept. And they'll also refund you.

Depends whether you have substitutions on or off in your settings. If your total drops below €60, the voucher won't be honoured so you'd be best advised not to cut it too tight!
Is this written in the t&c's anywhere?
All I can see is "Ecoupon codes are only deducted on the date of delivery"

Haven't seen any ecoupon terms & conditions on this. I've had ecoupons automatically honored in the past when my final total dropped under the qualifying threshold but the last time that happened, it wasn't and the following was printed on the receipt:

Common reasons why a coupon/voucher is rejected are:
    - You needed to spend a certain amount but your final bill was below this.

Got a 'Unlimited Grocery Deliveries for 3 months for €3' email
    Normal cost is €30
    Sounds like an excellent offer.

Promo code or account associated to use it?

    I assume it's account-specific
To redeem this offer enter the code <Mod-Snip> at the Delivery Saver checkout and you'll get unlimited deliveries for €3 when you sign up to the 3 month Delivery Saver Anytime plan. www.tesco.ie/deliverysaver

You wobbed me code! Was not going to use it anyway.
Just remember to cancel it in three months time, otherwise you'll be charged €30 for a subsequent 3 months

I have a Clubcard and get deliveries but I have never once received a promo or advertising email from Tesco. My contact preferences are set to receive them. Any idea how I can sign up?

you're probably a regular customer and they tend to ignore regulars..

Stop shopping for a while and you'll probably pop up on some promo list.

or alternatively open a second account

If you've never received an advertising email they're probably in your spam folder or maybe in your "promotions" folder in your gmail.

    http://www.tesco.ie/DeliverySaver/

Choose any delivery slot on the days your plan is valid regardless of cost
Pay upfront or spread the cost with monthly payments
Minimum order value of €50 with up to one order a day
Priority access to Christmas slots (you must be a registered delivery saver customer by 22nd of November to receive this priority access).
When your plan runs out, we will remind you so it can be either renewed automatically or cancelled at any time

Do you need to spend 50€ on each order to avail of the offer?

Seems like the codes are one use only, rather than account specific, so if anyone wants to try, I'll not be using mine, so first to PM gets it smile.png

    EDIT: Gone :)

Got 4x €12 off a €60 spend in Tesco in the post yesterday. Always shop there and always getting vouchers. Current voucher is €6 off €30 which expires this weekend, had 6 of them. Normal weekly spend is about €65 so happy days.

I'm a more irregular Tesco shopper as I do my main shop in Dunnes with their shop & save vouchers. Fairly regularly using SuperValu vouchers in Tesco though so I guess I should be happy to have got anything at all!

Question do tesco except other store coupons.

If I have two Dunne's €10 off can both be put off a shop or 1 at a time.

Sorry but I always forget to use or let run out.

They will only accept one per transaction. They also say you can only use 2 per day but not sure how they would police this, perhaps if you used your Clubcard they would know.

I'm new to having a tesco clubcard and it's the first time I've received coupons in the post. I got 6 €5 off when you spend €25 coupons. Can I use 2 coupons at once i.e spend €50 and use two together to get €10 off...or do I have to split my shopping into €25 sales??

In my experience it depends on who you meet. It's generally just easier to split them in my experience.

It says on the front of them, 'Cannot be used with any other spend and save coupon'. That would seem to be pretty emphatic IMO.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 69,537 ✭✭✭✭L1011

They are almost certainly dated differently so only one is valid at any one time anyway.

When they accepted competitor vouchers you could often get a competitors and a Tesco one through the self checkouts in the same transaction, oh those were the days!

Yep, likewise. It seems you can use them all on the same day but not more than one per transaction.

We got 5 €10 off €50 vouchers Today!

  • Registered Users Posts: 747 ✭✭✭Moyglish

    We got 5 X €12 off a €60 spend.

Don't have staggered dating, just the same expiry date on all 5 vouchers.

Used 2 vouchers yesterday, had split the shipping in 2 lots but the cashier stated that we could have used 2 vouchers in the one transaction contrary to the T&Cs on the back.

I didn't get any of those, just triple points vouchers which are rubbish. I spend a lot in Tesco and my parents who spend very little there got the 12 euro tokens. The voucher booklet is the worst I've ever seen too, there's nothing in it and it's discounted prices instead of points which is crap if you use Tesco boost. Needless to say as a loyal customer I'm not impressed at all.

That's the point, it really doesn't pay to be loyal to any particular supermarket. If you're lucky enough to live within convenient distance of multiple supermarkets, try to spread your shopping across them.

And needless to say, sign up to every loyalty scheme!
