The other night I spotted a poster for an anti-pro-choice meeting in an area that voted (66%) YES,
hosted by local politicians, one is the TD and the other thinks polite good wishes will solve educational discrimination.

Not on the noticeboard today, I guess they got the message!

A few outings pencilled in for next week and have just seen the forecast - breezy but dry and very mild for us - so roll on next week.

I got a new nail varnish yesterday from a brand I hadn't tried before. Painted them last night and they haven't chipped yet :D seems like £7.99 well spent

Volunteered to give tours at my school's open night and got invited to two parties. Today isn't so bad.

I have finished the first half of my assessment resend, Im happy enough with it.
I found cherry diet coke with chilly in, of course its not to be found locally, but the flavour is so like the stuff I used to drink with curry chips after a night on the town.

I'm going to jinx myself now but today was probably the best day we've had in school so far! I didn't come home with a headache for the first time since I started this year. Yay!!

Getting to visit my favourite primary school today, to talk to the kids about Autumn. Have my samples, photos etc all set and really looking forward to it.

Just home to a beaming face. "A great day for the drying", as sheets billow on the line.

TH at another lovely, if breezy, autumnal day.

Had a great laugh with Senior Infants doing our Autumn walk and talk.

A nice bonus in the post today.

One of my Little Miss Sunshines is calling later

And the simple pleasure of a decent cup of coffee.

A good TH day all round.

I’m happy that my bestie won’t be leaving me but that happiness comes at a cost.

Very mixed bag of a day, but happy that I accidently found a very supportive health professional, and might be seeing some light at the end of a long long tunnel now.

Also TH that when I texted a very close friend a very lighthearted jokey summary of the diagnosis they instantly texted back ignoring the self depreciating tone and jokes and just made sure I knew I had support.

Lovely after a long road to get to the point where I asked for help to get that response from the health profession and my close friend.

Since I'm back at home for a bit I sorted through my clothes from 10-11 years ago. They all still fit because I was at my heaviest weight then and I'm not far off that again now (unfortunately). Still, I'm TH that I have more more clothes to wear and I found a fiver in one of the pockets :p
