I beg to differ. It's just an ego game to some of these lads and they hate to lose. The more that get hurt helping obvious chancers, the better IMO

Not at all - the vast majority of personal injury claims settle and costs get paid/awarded - any busy personal injury solicitor is going to have the odd one that does not go as planned for one reason or another - it not a big deal at all when it happens.
