If this fool gets her way and the UK voted to stay should there be a 3rd referendum to give the leavers another chance.

Mary's default reply to pretty much everything seems to be "Oh I know that".

Thought that was Joe's default reply?

Maybe they should have a referendum on whether they want another Brexit referendum...

Can never understand this anti immigration thing in England, as they've had decades of immigration from the former colonies and Commonwealth countries. They've surely more in common with the Poles that the Pakistanis?

Kevin, the UK is slowly learning that it is no longer one of the "Great Powers" anymore.

Its a shock to the system. That is all, let it play out and we stay well clear.

How do you work that one out? Any country with enough nuclear warheads to end life on the planet is a "Great Power".

    Joe being purposely thick here.

Its perfectly obvious what this guy is trying to say.

And a lot of people agree with him

He's banging the immigrant drum, which is perfectly valid if the issue is handled badly. Many people fear an invasion of culture from foreign parts, no matter how real or imagined it is.
However, the great unspoken elephant in the room is the movement of Muslim peoples and the possibility of a cultural takeover in a lifetime.
Pull the drawbridge up, is the reaction.

Don’t let the facts hit you on the way out caller.

I think it's true to say the vast majority of ferries heading East from here end up in Britain.
    So there.

Horse manure - another referendum will result in a bigger leave vote.

But Poles and Lithuanians etc., aren't by and large followers of Islam.

Here we go again - as if there's absolutely no valid point to be made about being cautious and at the very least having conversations about the possible incursion of extremist terrorist groups into sovereign European territories.

Mary's default reply to pretty much everything seems to be "Oh I know that".

So is Joe’s. But he says it Tree Toymes. Usually barks it at the caller to be more accurate.

Theres no point having that conversation.

Until some lunatic walks into the Dundrum Shopping Centre and blows himself and a few dozen other people up.
