depending on if you want it new or secondhand, motorfactors for new, scrapyards for secondhand, if you don't mind getting your hands dirty dismantling it off a rear ended write off. If you don't want to remove it from a scrappy yourself, then a dismantlers, like duffys sell the second hand part pre dismantled, but at a much higher cost. you could always try ebay too.

Yeah might have to try that. Checking out eBay currently and can find every part for a wing mirror sold individually apart from the back casing.

Did find a full wing mirror in the same colour for 50 quid, not sure if that's a good or bad price though.

Loads of i20 casings, but I'm doubtful they will fit it :(

I'm off tomorrow for 6 days so will be able to properly look then I guess.

If it were me id swallow the €50 and get the full thing. If there are any broken connectors or fiddly bits that you would be attaching the casing to, that wont be an issue with the full wing mirror.

See that's the thing, if there's any way to be 'lucky' in these scenarios, the only damage was to the back casing. Connectors are grand, once I clipped the mirror and front casing back into place (not even a scratch on either, or the back plate) I tested adjusting it with the interior controls and it's all gravy.

Still don't understand how it happened, must have been some tally the mirror was hit - whole thing was knocked inwards towards the car and hanging when I got out to it - which makes me think it may have been kicked rather than clipped by another car, but then all the other cars in that area had no damage so :confused::confused:

I bet BJ did it. He has been holding onto that grudge from that time for ages.

If in doubt, blame beaker. That's my philosophy too :pac:

Moving on from Necro's wing mirror issues, my local GAA club have their Championship quarter final tomorrow evening. It's bonus territory, as we were in a four team group with two of the heavy favorites to win the whole thing, and we're just back in Intermediate after a few bad years having won the Junior A Championship last year (and losing out in the Connacht Final by 2 points :( ).

Nothing to lose, we'd be underdogs in the match too but really it's a 50/50 toss up. Team we played beat us after a replay in the League Final last year by a single point so there's added incentive to gain a measure of revenge.

Just glad I took the night off, because regardless I expect drinks will be plentiful after the match :pac:

Just back from a trip to the west, was in a carpark and I tripped as I got out of my car and grabbed onto the nearest thing which happened to be the wing mirror of some Hynudai i30.

So what did I miss here?

I follow a dog called Bertie the Pom on instagram because he is very cute and he has a Paddington bear costume and the resemblance is uncanny.

I had a dream last night that my neighbour bought a Pom and I got to dress the doggo up and then I woke up and now I’m sad :(

I work with dogs, and occasionally get to name them.

First lot I named after my Stephen King characters we had in our game. Strangely, not Cujo though! :pac:

Second lot I didn't have long to consider names, so the first that came to mind were Werewolf players (Boards accounts, not RL names!), so there's a handful called after you guys. I'll let you wonder which ones I used. ;)

I might just be spending too much time on Werewolf this summer :P

Third lot was entirely unrelated to Werewolf though, so I'm not wholly crazy. Only mostly crazy.

[Edit: just removing photo, just in case :). If anyone is desperate to see it who hasn't seen it yet, you can PM me and I'll send it on.]

Yeah. I know. Biologically speaking. But still. I get the most overwhelming urge to procreate whenever I see a puppy and that manifests itself in my ovaries.

You can have my kids for a few days if you like. That'll quell the urge:pac:

    Or... increase it
