"It might prejudice my case" - what case, they're gone, he's a creditor who will get 1% of what he is owed, if he's lucky.

"Im sorry to bring you the bad news" says Joe.

    No hes not.

I'm not a businessperson (with good reason!) but why in God's name do you keep giving repeat business to a company who doesn't stump up, to the point where you're owed €25k and more?

It's precisely because people are so 'invested' in such companies that they feel they have no choice except to keep supporting them.

it's human nature to avoid recognising a sunk cost/ bad debt.

"no evidence of reckless trading"....legal dept were on to him, business go under all the time, there are always people left out of pocket, just because you get every one of them on the radio doesn't make it any more valid

Fateen is such an idiot. He gave out the exact amount of cash in the promo - it was €300 btw - then he gives out the branch and ATM location.

Oh, I left €300 behind me recently at the AIB ATM on Grafton Street Joe. Can you have your driver drop it out to me when he's finished dropping you home to the Chateau?

You'll be needing the secret formula. The tried and tested....old oak tree, forty paces east or

Biggest tree in the field, twenty paces west or

The Fairy tree, four thousand paces north or south.

    Happy hunting !
