will be interesting to see how the new Garda commissioner will handle the finances. He basically said there seems to be pleanty of money, but can't see where it's all going !!

Something similar needs to be done with the health system. Someone new, tough and from outside the HSE to look at where to money is disappearing to

The introduction should be worth listening to.....the usual over the top whooping and hollering I predict.

That did not know what she was talking about and gave false information and all the mammies will now be telling their snowflakes kids that money missing from the tills or theft caused cannot be taken.

That was an incorrect statement from her as a loss caused by the actions of an employee may be recovered once the recovery does not exceed the amount of that loss.

Doesn't matter whether ti takes you under minimum wage or not.

She was correct hat other deductions such as meals, accommodation, uniform etc may not be taken if it brings you under minimum wage and it is not agreed in contract - like may she forgot to read the subsequent paragraph in the act that say "except where"....

TWODAY'S YESTERDAZE De Brand NEW & IMPROVED so to speak 2-18 Joe Duffy Wurkday Calculator and dat:

Wurkdays in 2-18 and dat: 174
    Joe Shows: 137
    No Show Joe Shows: 37
    Breakeens 4 Joe: 37

PBH (de full-time host of de show) Shows: 32
PBH guest appearances and dat: 1
    D'Omen Shows: 4
    AN Udder Shows: 0
Good Fryday No Show by nobody at all at all: 1

    NEW FEATURE SO TO SPEAK:
Fateen's Estimated Fees (De FEF Matrix so to speak) to date dis year:
    AT LEAST €342,500*

(not including de EXTRA FEES for 3 days of De Beast From De East TV + Radio Simulcast Xtravaganza + likely "Danger Money" for travelling to and from wurk in de snow and dat).
    King-World-News-WTF-Is-Going-On-Here-864x400_c.jpg
*de fees are calculated at €2,500 per show x days dat Fateen is in so to speak. Dose fees are likely conservative and outdated as day are 2 years old so to speak.
I'm including Good Fryday as a Wurkday as it is not an official Bank Holiday/Holiday Day. Even Pat Kenny is in Newstalk FFS, but no-one in RTE of course of course.

    DON'T FORGET -
"We're here all summer" sez he.

BUCKLE UP CALLERS, PHILIP COULD BE HERE FOR A WHILE-EEN YET SO TO SPEAK AND DAT CONSIDERABLE PERIOD OF TIME INDEED.

It’s a wonder dat Fateen hasn’t sought to host a show where he “visits” patients at de end of der toime in various hostibles... “here’s Bridie, at the end of her days in the Old Consumptive Hotstible, and here’s her doctor Prof Fitzthingy. Before she fell into de coma, Bridie gave us full permission to televise her passing. Tell me Prof, she hasn’t long to go, how will she go do you think it will happen, in what manner so to speak?”

Friend of the show from last year, she wasn't coming over to work for them so to speak during the school holidays...
In July 2017, Paloma Aparezida Silva-Carvalho, who had previously worked as an au pair for the Muller-Wieland family in Moycullen, was held overnight at Dóchas women’s prison at Mountjoy because immigration officers did not believe she was coming for a holiday.

It'll be like the "RTE insider" on twitter a while back. Silenced.

No mention of Rachel Allen's son's high jinks on RTE since either. I read in the Sindo that she broke down at some summer school and was comforted by Brendan Grace.
