Something similar needs to be done with the health system. Someone new, tough and from outside the HSE to look at where to money is disappearing to

That was an incorrect statement from her as a loss caused by the actions of an employee may be recovered once the recovery does not exceed the amount of that loss.

Doesn't matter whether ti takes you under minimum wage or not.

She was correct hat other deductions such as meals, accommodation, uniform etc may not be taken if it brings you under minimum wage and it is not agreed in contract - like may she forgot to read the subsequent paragraph in the act that say "except where"....

How bad was it, do to speak?

Had a very long day in de hostible today and only home now so to speak. I was surrounded by death (actual), cancer patients galore and people at death’s door for various reasons.....Fateen would have loved it.

Friend of the show from last year, she wasn't coming over to work for them so to speak during the school holidays...

No mention of Rachel Allen's son's high jinks on RTE since either. I read in the Sindo that she broke down at some summer school and was comforted by Brendan Grace.
