if you have booked your fast track and have not flown and used it yet, you may have an email update from fastrack advising you that the complementary tea/coffee has changed to Marqette instead of Butlers.

you will need the new printout attached to the email.

Just got this today.

Butler's must have got sick of handing out free coffees!

I've lost count of the times I've found a melted, squished, mostly-decayed chocolate in the bottom of my bag, not having wanted it at the time I got the coffee and never having thought of it again!

The purchase of these fast tracks, whether free or not, surely represents a contract - people paid in many cases €6.99 or €7.99 for this on the basis of fast track + Butlers coffee.

How can they just change their minds and change the product? They could have done so going forward but how do they retrospectively change agreed offering? I know it's not a biggy, but surely they are being a bit flippant here?

yeah probably. I do think that the DAA should have adopted a more formal approach giving people the option for refunds though, and it's flippant to say the "offer has concluded" for purchases already made!
