To be fair, if you're an RTE Presenter then the amount Ms Cash gets off the taxpayer is in the ha'penny place, so Miriam probably does feel sorry for her.

"It just happened, you don't plan these things"

Apparently he tripped and landed awkwardly in her lady bits - seven times.
I hope he didn't trip and fall at the communion

O Callaghan has plummeted to the depths of broadcasting. Not even one honest question, blame everyone and everything except that ones one actions.

Sounds as though her 2026 Presidential campaign started today.

A touchie feelie concerned sincere empathic female candidate with a decent barbie doll body!. Paddy Power have probably already made her the favourite.

Yeah, Ms. Cash will have plenty of room in the Aras to house her brood.

    Increasing betting tax by 1%

Try 5% . Margaret Cash needs a 50' smart telly for her new gaff. !

At least Miriam is criticising FF and her brother one of the key figures in it.

    Who’s her brother?

    Does that include surround sound?

The Aras is too small for her and her ever growing brood.

    Who’s her brother?

    Jim O'Callaghan TD; he's FF's justice spokesman.

In real life, he's a Senior Counsel who spends a lot of his time in the Four Courts earning big bucks but he occasionally puts in a few hours in the Dáil, normally when the TV cameras are on.

Their gene pool would be relatively limited as they marry into their own.

    In other news:

Members of the Kinahan cartel have enlisted two feared hitmen to collect a €400,000 debt which the mob is understood to have bought from another criminal.

The massive debt is owed by a senior member of a notorious Midlands Traveller crime family and such is the massive threat against them that a number of members have fled the town that they are based in over the past couple of weeks.

    .....

Members of the family that the cartel linked gangsters are targeting are involved in a multitude of organised crimes including “money lending, armed robberies, handling stolen goods, drug dealing and Traveller feuding” according to sources.

O Callaghan has plummeted to the depths of broadcasting. Not even one honest question, blame everyone and everything except that ones one actions.

I posted this on another thread regarding the lack of impartiality constantly being exhibited by our tax-funded national broadcaster:

RTÉ is obliged under Section 39 (1) of the Broadcasting Act 2009 to ensure that:
    (a) all news broadcast is reported and presented in an objective and impartial manner and without any expression of the broadcaster's own views.

There is no way on earth that RTE can claim that the Margaret Cash reporting on yesterday's news was fair and balanced. It was completely partial and with zero objectivity.

The e-mail address for complaints is here ........ if anyone is interested:

I don't think it took them too long!

    Waste of, well everything!

I think the cutest part is thinking 30 years is a generation to Travellers!

Possession is 9/10ths of the law.
    Yes she did
    And it's not a flat...it's an apartment ;)

This is nauseating. People listening to this in work should feel sick to the pit of their stomachs. Entitlement mentality seeping out of every pore of her body and she is not being tackled on it one single bit. The media almost as a whole have been shambolic on this issue. Why can the welfare lifestyle not be questioned in this country.
Cash's 1000 euro a week is coming from decent hard working people who are highly taxed, yet we are being made to fell like Cash is a victim by the media.

Lot of them down here in the Midlands. A fellow commuter told me she was coming out of the Odeon in Portlaoise to see a gang with bats and sticks and crowbars and that - her bloke is a guard and asked what was going on - "we're waiting for an associate boss, bit of business".

Few minutes later - sirens and vans!!

    Didn’t realise they were related.

Isn’t Miriam a qualified barrister herself?

Makes you wonder how bad certain situations actually are that the media constantly bemoans the government about.

    Ms. Cash for president ?

She'd be more effective than Michael D considering how much support she has.
