Have Eir any plans to show more club games or anything listed? I can remember them showing hurling games in Dublin and Limerick i think a few months back

There is a man from my parish on Underdogs, the South Derry accent definitely isn't an accent for television especially among those fancy southern accents.

I haven't actually watched all all of it, I don't even know how the series works as I never watched it when it was on years ago.

Cuala are playing in Dublin quarter final on Sunday against Lucan. Might show that unless there are some more prominent games in other counties. Should certainly be closer games.

Have TG4 the broadcasting rights for all club GAA matches?

What if a club broadcasted a live match on facebook live. YouTube or another streaming service? Would they be in breach of anything?

I don't think so. Armagh GAA have Armagh TV on their website were you pay to watch a match.

If TG4/Eir had decided to broadcast your club's game then there might be an issue.

In Dublin you have to get approval from CCC to record a match and be prepared to hand over all unedited copies of the tape should they require them for an investigation. I don't know how often this happens in reality though but it is in the CCC's regulations.

That's excellent. €10 altogether to see the 4 games over the weekend is really good value.

the official viewing figures for the all Ireland hurling final was 728K

    It was 780k last year

so far all the talk of it being a great year for hurling that's actually very disappointing

Have Eir any intention of showing games?

Earlier in the year they were showing club hurling games from Dublin, limerick,, etc
They seemed to be committed to improving their gaa coverage but nothing now and we’re in the height of the club championship
