    Ah revenue- used their MyEnquiries section 8 weeks ago to tell them the wife was going back to work and avoid her being on Emergency Tax, she has got paid twice before they got back to me and screwed on tax each time so much so she went to work for nothing when we factor in childcare

    And sometimes (hardly ever, so to speak), even if you have heard of the law (like driving while using mobile phone), the law shouldn't apply either.
