They could invoice de Claddaghgreen for de airtime on behalf of de supposed almost bankrupt RTE looking for de savings everywhere de pooer organisation can.

Next you'll be saying Dee Forbes should be on €100,000.

Todays show passed most of a 180 km journey for me, the highlight of course being Aimee on her babymoon (whatever the fcuk that is) getting freaked out and driving back to Dublin (I presume?) after seeing a few mice on a timber deck in a country cottage.

I feel sorry for the unborn child who on the evidence of this call will be wearing bubblewrap until he/she is 18.

Are you sure that’s not de stigmata, so to speak? Let on it is, you might get in to see Pope Francis in Croker?

When the last pope was in Clonmacnoise in 1979, my friends and I started off with good intensions intending to join all the other pilgrims in walking to Clonmacnoise and reciting the rosary as we walked.

Needless to say we didn't make it to see the big man, we ended up in a field drinking cider halfway between Ballycumber and Clonmacnoise before my father arrived and beat me and my friend home in front of him with a big stick.

I have no desire to see this Pope, had no desire to see the last pope's visit, but got sidetracked.....as you do.

Thanks for the stigmata idea, I'm gonna milk this for all it's worth here. I've already got out of bringing home the turf this week, because of my poor sore hand :-)

I thought he would have had a word said to him but no he's allowed free reign. I'd have assumed by now with all the goings on in the wurdled that they would have a buke of ethics in dat organisation where ye couldn't promote your own warez gratis.

As I missed most of yesterday's show I decided to listen back to it to hear him plug de buke and dat, but alas no....they've broken the podcast up into segments around the assorted topics dat were discussed on de show yesterday and in doing so cut that part out.

It's editing but I'm uncomfortable with it as a concept tbh. The podcast of the show should be curated so to speak as it was broadcast, save obviously for any libelous comments etc.

The editing out of his plugeen was purely accidental I'd imagine as it didn't sit smoothly under the topics. But why edit it at all? The podcast should be the show as it was broadcast.

De show is available in complete form under "Liveline" for the date (i.e. not in segments) but they cut it from there too I imagine.

He’s on Sunday miscellany with faux dramatic reminiscences about turf collecting in ballyfermot...you’d think he was brought up in 1912 and not the sixties.

Sunday miscellany really has hit rock bottom ...it used to be a quality broadcast .

Will Da Wurk Day Calculator have to be adjusted to include this appearance. Must be worth at least double time for a Sunday.
