So this fine contributor to our society only got 10 years for the carnage that he caused. Both of his victims attempted suicide as a result of being deliberately infected by this 'man', with one of them ending up in hospital after attempting suicide numerous times. He harassed them continuously after infecting them; following the women and telling the people in their company that they had HIV.

Judge Martin Nolan though accepted that the man was remorseful (see the harassment part above), that he was young at the time and had had a difficult upbringing in his home country (witnesses? or took his word for it?), and agreed with his defense solicitor that that the man would have a very difficult time in prison due to him being African. So that's why he only gave him 10 years, which we all know is probably 5 years; possibly less.

And if you hadn't guessed already, the man has five previous convictions, including four for drugs and one for possessing a knife.

He should have received 2 life sentences.

And the DPP should appeal this lenient sentence to the Court of Appeals.
10 years (5 years per victim) is insufficient. This sex offender with previous convictions has destroyed the lives of these women.
