Not United related but Hazard looks like he wants to go to Madrid, his comments about it weren't the usual stuff from footballers.

This was the guy who used twitter to announce in 2012....
    I'm gonna be a red
    I wanna play in blue...
And then Chelsea win the champions league and he's proclaimed I'm going to a European Champion....

All world cup himself and De bruyne have barely interacted to the teams detriment..
He's all about himself and his image...
    Nothing surprises me with him

That story always bugs me, because the magic advice that Carrick gives to Pogba, the advice that blew his mind and opened his eyes? It was to make runs without the ball and arrive late into the box like Lampard used to do.

Like, no **** sherlock, thats what we all thought Pogba would be doing from the day and hour he rejoined the club. What next, Lukaku gets the sage advice to try and find space in the box?

It just bugged me is all, if Pogba needed that advice then I thought it said something about him.

Are you trying to suggest that lukaku doesnt need advise to find space in the box?? You can bet Henry was in his ear during the world cup telling him how to make better movements in the box without the ball because it is a big weakness in his game.

All well and good in pre-season, but not really all that important in terms of the bigger picture.

Carrick advised me not to shoot at moving goalposts.

You were the one who said about lukaku. I was replying to that

It was against a 5th their Austrian side. I'd say 11 Boardsies would hammer them after a feed of pints the night before.

5th Tier? I read 7th Tier, but I won't split hairs over it.

That lot against 11 fall down/blackout drunk Boardsies? Wait doesn't Boards have a football team? :pac:

Also I have to thank you, I think it was yourself who recommended steak with the sea salt and black pepper sprinkled on the steak and a tiny amount of coconut oil.

Really should've bookmarked that post for reference...

    Ugh

[Paris United] Alex Sandro and PSG have reached a contract agreement. Discussions between Juve and PSG are underway. Antero Henrique also in contact with Dalbert's entourage.

I had assumed it was 5 strangers and a few cardboard cut outs. I'm still not entirely convinced it wasn't.

It's the way I'll be cooking steak from now on as well. I tip my hat to you for the recommendation.

Trying to think of back up strikers to replace Lukaku when a rest was needed, its tough enough! Only person i could think of in the mould was Giroud if he hadnt of gone to Chelsea. Mandzukic is another shout thats been posted.

i honestly don't know what the club are at.

How can we possibly be looking at going into next season with Young as first choice and Shaw as second?

Honestly - how on earth can a team with elite ambitions be in this situation and be happy with it? We needed full back signings last summer and ignored it, and it absolutely cost us in our attacking play. And we are just saying 'fcuk it, we'll try it again and see if it is better this season'?. Does the club not give a sh1t? Do they just figure they've enough for a top four finish and that is enough?

Maybe there is someone else being targetted but fcuk knows who.

    Such an aimless, ambitionless club.

City had full back issues - broke the world record on two and signed a 3rd, while trying for a 4th. We convert wingers to fullbacks who offer no width and then just sit back and say we can't compete with the pace of City?

    Painful acceptance of mediocrity.

    We’ve a united boards team
Bangkok is in goals and never concedes cos the posts never stop moving behind him....

As for your steak suggestion so long as it’s medium rare I’ll allow coconut oil.. sea salt and black pepper are essential

It’s been known for a while that that was his preferred destination and he was holding out in hope that they could reach agreement, they have been in contact months supposedly.

PSG were supposed to be going for Ghoulam instead but Paris lUnited have said that they moved for Sandro as Ghoulam is close to joining United(he just had surgery by the way and due back in September)

Oh and they say PSG are also looking at Ryan Sessegnon in the even that Sandro doesn’t come through

Well if we did want to improve we wouldn't have done sh*t all during the WC bar signing Grant and a sleeve sponsor. We all knew we needed 4 - 5 upgrades to our starting XI at the end of last year. We clearly are not gunna get all the business we badly needed done now.

I fear Mitch may figuratively pop his clogs altogether if the club doesn't get business done in the next 4 weeks..

Stick Dalot on the left and keep Valencia in the right, we won’t need his Crossing or attack when we have Bale in front of him

Unless Shaw has an amazing Pre Season I'd be very suprised Dalot isn't starting LB!

I'll be extremely angry if we do no more business this window.

I just remain confident that business of some sort will be done. At least two, if not three, signings.
