BMI and number of dumps during work

If anybody knows me they know 2 things.

1 I work in construction
2 BMI is my life

I build hotels but my overtime is usual small jobs like a quick changing around of things in shops or peoples houses.

I usually pick a team for these jobs. The boss probably thinks I do it based off people skills or how much they have on this week or their need for overtime. To tell you the truth it’s none of these.

I can calculate a fellas BMI by looking at him. If you look spot on you will get the overtime before the fella below or under the score. It’s made me very successful in life over the years. My teams always hit deadlines and show up when they should. There is no weak immune systems in my overtime ecosystem.

So what’s the point in the thread. Well these stupid summer holidays. With my usual go to guys being on holidays I’m having to drain the BMI pool and take chances on lads who are a bit rotund or a bit hungry looking.
Now apart from them being tired come 9 o clock in the evening when normally my usually team are only getting their second wind I have noticed how much time they spend on the Jax. I had one fella this evening hit the big twice in 3 hours.

Surely it couldn’t be due to BMI. I empty the tank every day around 5. Done and dusted. I’ve started to notice these same lads nip off to the Jax during the day too it never dawned on me.

Is your BMI out of kilter?
Can you be trusted to man your post or are you going to need a toilet break?

Some of these lads would have great dexa scores but that’s no good to me.
