@Grace7, after 3 days of working, I'm walking around with about 3 KGS of Patchi chocolates in my bag, can't send them to you, so I shall eat some on your behalf :)

Have dough made and resting for my first attempt at homemade pasta. All going well it will be accompanying chicken and a homemade mushroom sauce. Alternative will be mashed potatoes!

Dined out tonight on work expenses. :D The menu said Indian style Chicken curry with Basmati rice, Naan bread and Chutney. The presentation was nice and subtle yet with effort. It tasted lovely, but as a curry connoisseur:D I reckon there was some ingredient in the curry that shouldn't be there as I have serious indigestion and I NEVER get indigestion from a curry, even after a feed of beer. I have been reliving that curry since 7.30 pm. Took a stolen Nexium in the hope the stomach settles.

Sorry for being a moany hole tonight.:(

No need for apologies, nothing worse than grub that doesn't live up to expectations :(

Still drinking beer, will not be a pretty sight in the morning !

Well it was all eaten :D

Pasta needs refinement, tasted a little floury, not sure if down to the ratios in the recipe or the thickness i rolled it.

Incredibly easy and rewarding to do though.

Early bird gets coffee... It was not THAT early for me and the critters woke me with a "We are starving.." riot.... Cut raw chicken up yawning while water heated for coffee... second coffee in the peace of well fed cats and dog..

Sunday is my ready-meal day! Irish bacon and cabbage with creamed carrot/parsnip and mashed potato and parsley sauce. Oh and good bacon of course.. Nearly forgot that... A grand meal followed by ice cream /cake with red jam.
Replete... Could not eat like that every day but once a week is fine ;)
