I don't think it's as bad as the phallic nose cones in terms of sheer ugliness yet, but if they keep adding more appendages to it then the halo will eventually go to the top step on the ugly as **** podium

Its already hard enough to see the drivers in the cars as it is, adding more flips and bits will make it a lot of fun...

Seems like you cannot have faster cars and overtaking at the same time.

There it is, but you have IP checks already, so I cannot signup from Ireland. Haven't tried VPNs, might do that over the weekend.

Ha, got past the IP check but now it won't accept my Irish credit card.

    Do they use PayPal?

I thought the prices in europe would be similar but I was wrong.
For Germany the TV Pro access is €58.48 and for France it is €170.99

Methinks they are staying a step ahead of the posse.
wasn't there a query from other teams about where Ferrari mirrors were mounted up to this?

I think the query was around the little vanes they added, all teams can mount the mirrors like this if they want.

Nope you need a credit card from an eligible country that matches your location country. Signed up now with vpn and credit card only to be told that I am not subscribed. Will see tomorrow how that works.

It's extreme but certainly not pretty.

Stands to reason. The fancy aero bits are designed to give additional downforce. The new bits will be designed to reduce turbulent air on the car following. It would be mad if they could design parts with a different purpose that were equally fast.

The cars became seconds faster with the new aero regs and nobody noticed the difference in speed. It’s almost irrelevant compared to the ability to race and overtake.

If cars were slower and could race, I’d be happier.

Any see we'd have to wait 14 days to get a race replay with the F1 streaming service :(https://f1tv.formula1.com/en/content-schedule

And no replays for UK at all, maybe if a broadcaster has the online rights tied up F1 can't offer them

Subscription is activated, and I can access the content, after login. IP is from my company, that is in an eligible country, so no idea if I can access it from an Irish IP.

Did you use an Irish card? Any card I try to use it gives me errors on the page saying the details are wrong.

I tried my BOI card but it told me it had to match the country I am registering for. So I tried N26 with VPN set to Germany but that wouldn't work either. So I set the VPN to Austria with an Austrian Credit Card. That worked, waiting now to 10 to see what the coverage looks like. The content that is in there, commentatory can be switched between pure sound, German (RTL), UK(Sky) and Spanish.
#sad cannot access live content from work :(

So I used an N26 account and a German VPN. Took payment and works fine.

Interestingly the VPN disconnected and the stream reconnected on an Irish ISP.

Must be like the Now TV system - Payment to be taken from UK card on UK ISP yet the streams will work in Ireland since they provide some service there.

Amazing. Personally it's great for traveling as I don't pay fees, and also when trading shares in the US - I don't pay fees for the dollars coming in.

That's the Alfa Romeo "Cloverleaf" logo with which their higher spec. road cars are branded so there is no Irish connection, unfortunately. Not a four leaf shamrock!

AFAIR he had a spin and said the car was awful, but unsurprisingly ended up fastest of the Williams drivers.

Second last, quicker than Stroll but Stroll missed out on a last run as he crashed. Kubica only jumped Stroll in his last run.
In Season 2 both Williams drivers achieved better times than him, but track conditions changed.
