Have a google of milk kefir and see if it's something you want to try. I'm not sure if grains would survive in the post, but I'll do a bit of research and if there's a way to do it, I'd be happy to post a starter amount to you.

I'm in need of a stew or a roast dinner, but haven't the head at all to bother..

Ya poor thing.:( But I'm sure you can have this soon enough. Roast beef, mash, roasties, roasted carrot and parsnip with lashings of gravy.:D Get well soon and stuff yourself up!

Marinaded a pork loin in some honey, garlic and chilli.. had that with buttery potatoes and peas with a can of beer ....I can barely breathe now... I think I'll move on to wine.. off tomo so can afford to get silly!!
