I'm buzzing for this match! Would love to give Galway a reality check today, similar to 2nd day vs Roscommon last year would be nice... 😉 Might be a touch ambitious!!

Crowne hasn't really trained over the past few weeks due to a virus. Played for Garrymore last night at full forward. Nally scored three from play from midfield as well. Boland also played for Aughamore last night.

Not a chance surly to f1ck it will be Vaughan for caf, caf has had his chances.

This is going to one rotten game the ref will want 10 pairs of eyes.
They will go at one another like a young bull let out to field of maiden heifers

I hope you're right. The thought of Caff starting is taking the enjoyment out of the pre-match tension. Too soft for this level.

The injury done him and his confidence is shot at this stage.

Is Hanley playing with his club? How much game time has he got he will be coming in cold to a game like this it’s not ideal that’s if we see him at all

Don't think we'll see Hanley just yet.

Down the front of the stand a few rows from the pitch. Chilly day, intermittent rain. Thought it was supposed to be fine😕

The big day is finally here!

Does anyone know if you can enter the terrace with a stand ticket? I've done it before, but only during league games

No issue at all,far better view.Juniors very much up against it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,286 ✭✭✭seligehgit

Bit of a wind blowing down towards the bacon factory.

Juniors making a bit more of a game of it but making very hard work of it.

Hope this junior game isn’t a foretaste of what’s to come...

    GOAL! COMEON MAYO!

How on earth we're only three behind I've no idea as we've been second best for the majority of the contest.

Some noise for that goal in the stand !

    None.

    Sorry.

I'm brickin' it too (in sympathy) if it's any consolation.

    Ye'll be fine.

You are too good be caught napping three years in a row.

(And we know all about three in a rows. :D )

    Mayo by 3-5 pts

Better team won but for the life of me I've no idea why Barry Leonard hoofed that ball in rather than working it in.

Junior football, decision making is not going to be 100% all the time.

No complaints about the result, now for the important business of the day!

    You been serious?

    He just ran into him...
And Galway were awarded a wide ball as a point

    How was that a red?

I believe the referee gave it for a rash, reckless and dangerous moment of aggression by Diarmuid O'Connor...wow, these moments are fairly regular from him aren't they?

You'd do well to see as blatant a red all summer in fairness. Daft by O'Connor

Doesn't change much though as galway are channeling their Donegal 2011.

Same old story no clinicalness up front. Galway get their scores so much easier
