On the night she was wandering looking confused when sash found her and brought her home in a taxi. Sash even asked what was the stain on her clothes. She’d had wine thrown at her by Orla but surely the blood would’ve been all over the lower park of her dress following a stabbing like that.

And if she followed Karen in did she find the toolbox to get the screwdriver to stab her or was Karen fixing a socket in the kitchen at the time they met? Surely there was plenty in the kitchen to stab her with?

I hope there's more to it than this, I don't buy her as a murderer at all.

Another person would say there's another twist cause it's so out of character for Kerri Ann but it's Fair City so I won't hold my breath

If there is, it could be she thinks Decco did it for some reason after coming across Karen and took the weapon to protect him. Maybe saw him heading away from the house and when she went in assumed he did, even tho he might have just passed the house while he was wondering around scuttered

I didn't surprise me about Kerri-Anne tonight but the most far fetched element of it is. That Kerri-Ann had the brains to hide it up the chimney!

Although you have to say Kerri Ann has some set of morals.

Riding Mondo for ages and doesn't even know who the father was and expects a sorry and bake a few cakes will be enough to get Decco to forgive

Yet the girl that pecks her man who she didn't give a fig about, right on the lips, gets stabbed and has the cheek to scribe slut over the fridge

Was watching FC earlier and was surprised to see the finger pointing towards Kerri Ann implying she is the murderer? What next? June/Offred from The Handmaid's Tale will be revealed next week as the supreme leader of Gilead on a deep undercover mission posing as a handmaid and then a fleeing rebel to uncover anti-regime activists? Or a new series of Love/Hate with Nidge and Fran revealed as 2 deep undercover cops?!!!!

Kerri Ann is a lot of things (annoying, childish, unrealistic) but not a murderer! If they make her a murderer, this does not add up. Or was this a tragic accident from a struggle? Or is Kerri Ann hiding the weapon for someone else? I was expecting either Karen killing herself, Will as the murderer or a tragic accident in a struggle between Karen and Aoife. Not this.

On a side note... what exactly was Hughie doing that had him so busy? How was Renee not able to help Bob cause the spar rep was coming but the owner of the shop can take a couple of days off to help check in the 3 people it takes to fill the pod?

And Jackie all of a sudden looks like she’ll lose her job in the hotel having not appeared for a while. Great pacing from fair city again.

I think its a common device to introduce a new story line. I doubt they have all fair city actors on set every day so to save money they'd divide up when they need to be in.
Time to focus on Hughie now, he probably needs some reason to go back on the grog again...
Or else Doug will be at Delores to give his mom a dig out to keep her in Carrigstown... despite the fact that we never see him talking to her. He loves his Da more :pac:

There's just no way Kerry Ann could be the murderer. She is just not the type. If they made her the murderer, that would be totally incredible. I guess she is covering for someone or panicked similar to Wayne.

If it is a red (screw driver shaped) herring, maybe Kerri Ann found it in the house and assumed it was Decco so she hid it to cover for him but it was actually Charlotte. She has form with inflicting fatal stab wounds and could've been p155ed off with Karen for messing Decco and Oisin (perhaps she still has feelings for him) around.. where was she that night?
