Facebook has evolved into a utility for crowdsourcing human stupidity.

    Bangor is grand.

It's not like it's Portadown :pac:

Clicked on a few links there and seen nothing but young girls trying to look like porn stars, people giving the finger, people holding bottles of spirits etc.

Worrying times for the future. But I suppose all older generations say that about the one coming behind.

We went for a weekend in the campervan a year ago, parked in the shopping centre carpark to stock up on a few things, and only minutes after leaving some guy was shot in the head there.
Ah I know it's a nice town, marina etc and the coast road down to Portaferry is gorgeous drive, equal to anywhere in Donegal or Kerry.

The bigger thing here I believe is showing that jumping on bandwagons for stuff you know nothing about has to stop. Starting up a GoFundMe and support pages on Facebook has to stop until all the facts are out there.

That’s what struck me about this.

Too many enpty vessel do gooders.

“Let’s pay for Jamie to have a well deserved spa day”

Ah Sure just massage around her tag.

I was at a parents' Internet and Social Media Awareness Session last night. It was a complete eye-opener.

If I had daughters, I would be very worried.

They seem much worse than the boys at bullying and getting too deep into social media.

Jamie-Lee and Courtney. Is this Bangor, County Down or Bangor, Maine?
Both names are quite popular in NI. I have a cousin there called Courtney and there are two others in her year group alone. Met a couple of Jamie-Lees from up north too.

They gave her a good hiding, that much is for sure.

As mentioned Facebook is a breeding ground for the ill-informed knee-jerk reactions. Any bit of emotive drama and they're on it like fleas on a dog.
