Subway Salad for lunch today. Put it into MFP and its come out at 275 calories. Does that sound right? Seems very low (great if it is). I put in the olives etc. separately in case they were calorific, and input a 2 and a half times the normal size of a sauce portion. Here's the elements I input:

    Subway Salad - Ham & Turkey Salad, 443g - 110 calories
    Subway (Bb) - Black Olives, 12 rings (3g) - 12 calories
    Subway - Cheddar Cheese, 6" portion - 60 calories
    Subway BBQ Sauce, 52.5g - 93 calories

from their website, its not exactly a feast of meat, it being low cal makes sense, personally I'd switch out the sauce for balsamic vinegar and get some extra chicken :D

A belief in gender identity involves a level of faith as there is nothing tangible to prove its existence which, as something divorced from the physical body, is similar to the idea of a soul. - Colette Colfer

443g of ham and turkey salad for 110cals seems very low. 100g of meat is usually 100 cals. So there must have been a massive amount of greenery?
