The presenter who was unfairly dismissed was on after Pat Courtenay in the evening.

No wasn't that lady. Joan Lea was on with Morty. That imho was awful too, she loved the inane banter.

The woman reading the news is fairly poor considering her job is to read. I've noticed it plenty before with her. Usually a few mistakes with names during the sports and today when talking about the feile she pronounced Thurles as turls. You'd imagine Irish newsreaders would at least be familiar with large well known Irish towns.

Given them a few days and ended up listening to Dublin City this morning the traffic report was more interesting than Colm and Lucy. Spotify for me of a morning commute from now on.

She once had a stint with Sky Sports news. I tell no lie. Based on the repeated nova social media postings of her news reading might just suggest that her impressive physical appearance and not her ability might just govern the thought process of those in charge of the radio station. This is weird but maybe not for nova! As for Irish towns. Thurles is hardly big. It's reknowned as the home of the GAA. The insularity of many Dubs means somewhere like Thurles in Co. Tipperary may as well be Mogadishu for all they know or care.

Yes the news woman is terrible, she has been for some time.
Stutters over words, reads things twice or gets lost mid sentence.
I've no idea who she is, but she must be attractive.

I switched on this morning and they were talking about Maltesers mixed with popcorn and how great it was. Then they played a song, can't remember which one. Once the song had concluded, they proceeded to keep talking about Maltesers and popcorn and even took a call from some listener who wanted to reiterate how great Maltesers mixed with popcorn was. This went on for about ten minutes. I don't know what to make of it all.

I still think that the Aussie woman that used to do the early news and work with Greg was really good. She had a great handle on Irish placenames. During the GAA club championship she perfectly pronounced clubnames that would fox a native Gaelic speaker.

Switched on to Marty’s new show yesterday about 12.40 for first time. Within seconds Dee was on and baby talk started, I switched off .

As they delete unfavourable Facebook comments, do you really think they'd take one bit of notice of an online petition. In saying that, if there was one, I'd sign it straight away.
