Mine says Topaz €41 on the online statement.

But last time i filled at another Topaz station which showed as Caseys on statement and i still got the cashback.

Yesterday i spent €62 at dunnes, used my €10 off voucher abd paid €52. Waiting for tenner cashback.

Just got the 10 back on card for dunnes offer + topaz offer should also come through soon. Happy Days. I hope these good offers continue.

In the past I didn't get my Topaz refund as garage name came up in statement instead of Topaz but it was definitely a Topaz garage. Anyway got onto them. Now it took weeks for them to get back to me but did get the refund. Hope there is no delay this time.

I filled up yesterday in a Topaz that I previously got the reward for but I see this time the new name for Topaz (Circle K https://www.topaz.ie/circle-k/coming-soon.aspx) appears rather than Topaz. Hopefully reward gets automatically applied this time and I dont have to chase it.

I've a Topaz fuel card (direct debit from my account), and filled the car using that a week before I got the offer. Then at the weekend I got a mail saying my refund was being processed. I didn't buy using my connected card, and it was outside of the offer time. So what is going on there?

My Topaz reward applied automatically last time around. Same topaz but this time it shows on my statement as Circle K and no sign of any reward being processed 10 days later.

How long does it take to get the 10 euros back when you do the over 50 euro spend in Dunnes from the AIB rewards?

Also, I presume clothing counts towards the spend amount?

Can take longer to get a refund, but you can always contact their customer service.

Bought €45 fuel over 2 weeks ago in Topaz....redund never came through. Contacted Support and they asked me to send them a receipt (which I don't have ) as proof.... it very clearly says €45 in Topaz on my statement and it occurred within the qualifying period so not sure why they need proof

Sorry to hear that, hopefully you will get it. I have the same concerns that I will not get my 10 euro reward from Dunnes, I better keep the though just in case. It may also be worth screen printing the offer from Topaz or whoever to show you bought it before expiry date in the future. I noticed that offers do not come to people at the same time, I have 2 accounts and one has the same offers but different expiry dates.

im with PSTB and the wife with AIB. She gwts great offers with €10 off a €50 spend in dunnes, or money off a fill in topaz.

i'm with PTSB and the offers are for "Shyte" *shops that i have never used, and never will.

* does not in any way infer that the selected sores are in any way inferior or poor , but are in fact at equal or may or not be better than any other retailer

Dunnes are great the shop and spend vouchers and the AIB rewards. They also have decent promotional offers too where I stock up on.

unfortunately .. i dont get any of the visa offers to combine with the dunnes vouchers.

i've yet to get one that i'll use,, but i live in hope....

bought fuel in Topaz earlier in the month - no reward. Checked my statement and it's listed as "Centra" - I've emailed them about it, pretty sure I got the reward the previous time I used that station.

Hopefully you do, the store you shop at must be a busy one so need for them to hand out the vouchers for shop and spend.

I emailed them last week as I hadnt got my refund either, my receipt doesnt say Topaz but I think it was listed on their website. No repsonse yet

Same thing happened to me last Thursday week, the name on my statement is Statoil though which is weird. The service station hasn't been a Statoil for years, it's fully branded as a Topaz.

It did take 5 days for it to appear on my statement with Good Friday and the bank holiday, so I'll wait a day or two before getting in contact with them.

My Dunnes one came through super-fast - shopped on 3rd April, got the email the same day and it showed the following day on my statement.

The Topaz one took ages - shopped on 29th March, no sign by 5th April, emailed 6th April, got automated response that said they'd get back to me within 5 working days. Got email this morning to say that reward has been processed. No sign of it in the account yet, but if I've the email then I expect it'll be there soon. I've no idea if the reward would have happened today anyway, or if it was because of my email. I got no response to my email from any human.

I'd say anyone still waiting will get theirs soon too. It's kind of ridiculous the differing times different offers take to process though!

Got an email from AIB to say my Dunnes 10 euros redemption was being processed and it is showing in my aib.visaoffers but it is not in my account yet but will keep an eye on it. I shopped on Saturday and got email today Tuesday.

I think I filled up in one of the only feckingTopaz's in Dublin not included in the offer.

There were two across the road from each other and I think I picked the wrong one :P
