    Just waiting on my chinese to arrive as I'm sat watching the rest of Day 2 of the Masters. I've the junk food and drink stocked up well for the WWE HOF that's on at 1,and enough too last me until the small hours of Monday morning,on this Wrestlemania weekend.

    Boring auld soda bread with a cupan tae, had planned to make my specialty, omelette with tomato and feta cheese, nyom but I was too lazy when it came to it default_sleep.png

    Bought it on offer at Mr Price way back... Just tried it.. Far too spicy for me and the rice noodles Ok but so slippery to try to eat... Managed half.. ah well. it was in the cupboard looking lonely

    Following it with a cup a soup .. found 2 at the back of the cupboard

    Same as usual; toasted cheese sandwich. Dratted cheese is stringy, when cooked.. s...t....r....e....t....c....h....e...s like crazy

    Well the guac is my husbands speciality and very very tasty so you're missing out. The chilli has a nice kick to it, smoky and I threw a bit of chocolate in when it was just cooked. Makes a big difference.

    I've never had elderberry tonic! Sounds like a must try. I'm having with plain old lemon and Schweppes.

    Dark choc square.

    Typo above . It's elderflower tonic.
    Fever-tree make it. Available in Dunnes and even some corner shops. A subtle twist on standard tonic water. They do an aromatic and Mediterranean version too.
