Where's Duncan Weir off to next season?

Unknown yet, I’d say Worcester though, give that’s where he went for that weekend before getting recalled

This is much better by Ulster. Forwards doing well.

Weir wouldn't be an awful signing for Ulster tbh..

Like this O Toole lad. Seems keen to get involved

Brilliant third try. Set piece going well. Stockdale certainly has the smarts.

I thought Piutau had got Ulster into trouble there by not clearing his lines, but it has worked out well.

Nice bit of confident play there from Stockdale and a good kick from McPhillips.

Lucky there - that was in from the side

    Rats. That was soft.

    Ah balls. Bit telegraphed.

It's been all Ulster, but Embra are only six points behind.

How on earth do you kick a ball dead at Murrayfield? :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,078 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Ulster very very lucky there - Embra should have scored with that counter.

McPhillips has had two great kicks from hand now. He's having a good game.

Ludik down - he's been good tonight - hope he's OK. Big tackle.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,007 ✭✭✭Scythica

Shame for Ludik, I'd happily take a full team of players like him tbh

Guys, can you stop gumming up our criminal law thread with this sports stuff?

    Thanks.

Great start by Ulster, but Embra got into it. A couple of missed lineouts by Ulster made the difference.

    Not one.

I hope that O'Toole lad does as well in the scrum as he does in the loose - he's been having a great game. Never heard of him!

He's been very good so far. The scrum is the area you'd expect him to struggle at this stage in his career. But he looks the part so far.

Dalton has done reasonably well in the lineout but has missed one or two tackles and lost the ball in contact. He's still very much a work in progress.

Matthew Rea has been very good so far.

Incredibly harsh for not rolling away by Owens. He was pinned in immediately by multiple players.

Great to see a few young Ulster lads tonight. Might be a bit of depth with these guys yet.

That's another turnover at the breakdown by Ulster. Henderson is a monster.
