Still playing through The Long Dark. Seems like a zombie is going to jump out any minute now..... It has a real eerie horror feel to it.

stopped playing Divinity 2 in the third act. got really bored with the constant inventory management and spending hours trying to figure out puzzles (yes i'm dumb!). the story seemed to have died a death also. might go back to it in a few months.

Final Fantasy XV - well tried playing it, gave up after 3 crashes soon after finishing the first mini quest. Gave up after several hours trying different drivers/clean installs, apparently disabling steam overlay reduces crashes along with disabling nvidia turf.
Will try again at the weekend and give up if its still crashing
    Jez.

Ignoring idiots who comment "far right" because they don't even know what it means

Elite Dangerous, cant see myself stopping anytime soon.

Just passed the landmark of it being my most played game. Its brilliant in many ways but flawed in others. I do love it though.

Having the option to play it on the Rift from time to time is great too. Very immersive when you get into it. Especially pew pew against NPC's in your tricked out battle ship:D

Finally Finished Wolfenstein: The New Order
Not a long game but took me ages due to a combination of lack of time and general exhaustion.

    Really enjoyed it though.:D

Now trying to decide whether to go back to warhammer 2, finish the walking dead season 1 or start something new (Heard good things about Spec Ops: The Line)

Playing Prototype, despite the audio issues. Good job I turned subtitles on or I wouldn't know people are talking or what they're saying

Uninstalled Battlefield 1 about 3/4 way through single player campaign. Looks lovely but just dont get it, so may other better games out there to play. Single player so linear imo. Still on Warcraft with Mass Effect:Andromeda as well.

Rarely find campaigns do much for games that are mostly aimed at MP.

Titanfall 2 being the only exception in recent memory i can think of. Although thats pretty linear too if thats not your thing

I liked the single player in Titanfall 2, just something with battlefield 1 did not click. Maybe is was the different episodes.

Felt similar about BF1,think i got to episode 3 and gave up.

It just didint feel that interesting or original.

Two thirds of the way through Far Cry 5. First 5 to 10 hours are fun but the difficulty doesn't really ramp up along with your abilities. As soon as you can afford a gunship helicopter it's practically God mode. Shame.

Story is a load of bollox though. Bad guys aren't nearly as good as previous installments.

It gets better/worse but the ending is interesting, easy to spot if you are eagle eyed and listening to stuff in the game.

I forgot how good Tomb Raider 2013 was, I put off playing Rise of the tomb raider for ages and ages and now that I'm playing it I love it.

The graphics are obviously stunning and the sound and story are good. I don't think I played all the optional tombs in 2013, but I've made of point of trying to do them all this time. They're good craic and remind me of the same buzz I used to get back in the day from zelda puzzles

The switch between puzzles and shooting/stealth keeps things going well.

Just finished it. Horrendous. Whole story line is an abomination. Such a shame. Had potential.

Decided to give Fallout 4 another chance yesterday after playing about 4 hr in and around release and not really liking it

6 hrs later i emerged from engrossing myself in it and have to say rather enjoying it.

It runs a lot better these days and its a very pretty game with the high res pack installed.

I hadnt made it to diamond city yet and decided to take the scenic route. Second POI i came i accross i found a mini nuke and the launcher, its name i can remember at the moment:D

Gonna stick with it and see how i get on as the game progressea

It's a good game but I personally think they spent too much time developing the settlement building and such rather than decent side quests which let it down a lot. Then the DLC are decent as well but then some of them were settlement building again. Hopefully they scrape the building stuff in the next one.

Not by looking at Fortnite. I hated the building in Fallout, so pointless

I think as hearthstone in skyrim was pretty well recieved they decided to incorporate it into the actual game rather than an extra.

After doing the initial santuary quest i havent really been back to the building. Just meandering around looking at random carp till i arrived at diamond city.

Is their a way to reset and repick your skill points?

I had the exact same experience with it on release. I was disgusted what they did to the fallout series. It was an rpg, not some ****ty open world fps. Maybe I'll give it another go.

Have to give it another go myself, only got about 2 hours in and had to start building stuff and just gave up

Just started Alan Wake. Hadn't played it it before and well impressed so far.
Also playing a lot of GRID. Decent enough racer

Not sure if much has changed in the sense of how good an RPG it is so your milage may vary there.

When it launched i had just gone through plenty of medicore RPG's in the vain hope of finding one i really liked so was kinda burnt out on the genre and the game just didnt grab me at all. Im just gonna treat this playthrough as fun and not get too deep into it. I have The Witcher 3 for that.

So far the building quests have been confined to the first part in sanctuary, havent done another since then anyway. Looks optional so far.

I just built a very basic building in Sanctuary as well but you have to build one or two radio towers throughout the game but they are pretty simple to do.

I never liked the building but some people loved it, so hopefully they are in a minority so they leave it out of the next one.

Started on Divinity, Original Sin (I) - so far so good. An immersive feel to the storyline but the combat controls a tad clunky.

I hadn't played anything in months because I don't have access to my PC.

I'm borrowing my mother's laptop at the moment and it's not great.
However, I managed to get Diablo 2 to run on it the other day.

It just never seems to age. It's the best game ever made for my money.

I tried Quantum Break and when I realized how long the live-action bits are I lost interest.
So I've moved onto Ori and the Blind Forest. I've played it before and enjoyed it, and this time I have the definitive edition which seems to have a lot of extra content.
