Lucozade is rank since they changed the recipe.
I was saying as it is short dated it might be the old full sugar one. It was in tesco for a good while afterwards, but only in overpriced single bottles.

Probably in other 2euro type shops. I am surprised the old one is not back, I was hoping it was all just a marketing scam.

    .
wondered if this was a joke, as the plane is meant to be invisible!

    COMIC-CON 2010: Wonder Woman’s invisible jet for sale…not!
    July 23, 2010 | 11:25 p.m.

    Wonder Woman Invisible Jet
This is one collectible you’re going to want to keep mint-in-box.

Mattel’s Wonder Woman Invisible Jet isn’t just invisible, it’s nonexistent. The Hot Wheels packaging suggests that the jet is nestled within the cardboard and plastic molding (pictured on right).

Gullible buyers can be forgiven for thinking there’s a miniature jet in the box — Mattel’s designers had weights hidden inside to make it feel as if it actually contained a toy.

The joke continues on the back of the box, in the place where Mattel usually provides quick facts about the vehicle inside, such as its make and model. Here’s an excerpt:

    Designer: The Amazons

    Birthplace: Paradise Island

Specialty: Created by Amazon engineering, Wonder Woman’s Invisible Jet can make transatlantic flights without refueling.

The idea was spawned April 1, when Mattel’s social marketing team came up with a prank post on Facebook that announced it would start selling the jet. Its artists mocked up a box and posted the picture. Most got the joke, but many didn’t. So many people asked the company where they could purchase the item that Mattel decided to make it a limited-edition collectible.

Mattel is selling the $5 non-toy as a Comic-Con International exclusive item on the show floor until Sunday, after which the invisible jet will disappear. For real.

If people see the lucozades could they please check the total carb content.

The old one would be around these figures, best to check the "per 100ml" as the other will vary.

    5141sVlti9L.jpg

the new one is 8.9g total carbs
    Lucozade-PR.jpg

Cans would be the best bet, as PET bottles lose fizz a lot faster.

I would have no problem drinking cans of lucozade a few years out of date.

Have you tried the spar own brand lucozade? It has 12.1g of sugar per 100ml

There were 8 packs for 3euro too, not sure if they were old full sugar stock.

(still loads of twin peaks too)

Noticed it instore. ~25% shop floor is now clothing.
Similar stuff to Penneys. Stylish jeans, tshirts, underwear, shorts, skirts, shoes, for all.
Plus their prices are very reasonable xe-wise. A tshirt £3=€3.50

I used always use lucozade as a hangover cure but lately it definitely wasnt working and didn’t seem to taste the same either. Guess I know now why.

I get a 6 pack in Mr Price for 2 euro but I’ve just checked the ingredients and they are the new recipe.

It was still open 2 weeks ago when I was there, can't confirm if it's still open today though.

Yep it’s still open and busy as hell, asked staff and they have heard nothing about it closing, maybe Dealz are going to re-appeal the decision. I hope it stays open as the nearest for us would be Tallaght or blanch.

    Dealz dun laoghaire had

    bounties, 4x full size 57g
    topics 4x47g full size
    chocolate oranges 157g

all 1.50 as usual. Other 4 packs were small snack size ones, so check your weights.

tesco are looking for a fiver for a chocolate orange!

They had lots of easter eggs too, some for kids/toddlers with cartoon/tv show characters on them, stuff I did not see in tesco.

dealz had matchmaker eggs, I only noticed orange colour boxes, but was not really looking. You could contact them on facebook as most shops tend to reply faster that way.

"pointy" shows a shop in clontarf had them, maybe ring them
