    Murphy is an attention seeking, bandwagon jumper. He comes from a well healed background and probably should be a Fine Gael candidate but he decided to jump on the bandwagon that is the plight of the working class as he thought he could get more votes.

    Mod- All this racist crap stops here. We have been pretty damn lenient so far but the gloves are off now. Any more reference to the race of the people involved or general racist sh!te will be crushed and bans will be handed out.

    Well since their faces were shown in the video boasting about their looting and this has made both national headlines and has been on the uk news if this does get to court and they arent made an example of can i post an online petition here to burn the court house in question to the ground?

    Post generalisations about shooting and poisoning people in areas of poverty (like all those dirty people in social housing and how YOU have to pay for it)........

    That's grand.

    But don't post any other glaring generalisations.

    That's against the law of the conversation.

    Just a minor point, but can you imagine how annoying it must be for the honest majority to have your local supermarket on which you rely destroyed like that? Think of the additional expense and inconvenience those people will face over the coming months.

    I'm totally insulated from this, but if I was living in that community I'd be so angry right now. I'm sure the perps think it's a wonderful laugh and only a small proportion will be prosecuted.

    This is also going to make Ireland look terrible in the international media. That JCB footage is going to get so much coverage.
