What's the chance of public transport being cancelled in Dublin tomorrow evening after five? Afraid of getting in ok in the morning and then getting stuck in Dublin.

Should I just take a leave day?

The last time we had bad snow the buses were getting taken off the road at 3/3.30pm. Not sure whats going to happen this week but if you get into work and it looks like the buses will stop you better leave before that happens.

I reckon from from early tomorrow morning some beefier showers and more organized snow will slide across the country.

How are these streamers or showers bypassing the east coast and hitting Tralee?

Still sunny AF in North Dublin :(

Just back from driving through a blizzard to pick my daughter up from school. Clouds shifted, rattle snow stopped and blue skies emerged just as the kids did - typical. (Tipp)

The forecast on the iPhone weather app has changed in the past thirty minutes to have snow at 30% chance at 6pm rather than 9pm and the temperature as 2 degrees and getting lower from then on with % chance of snow rising from 6pm now. Perhaps it has now developed faster than expected or else the app is just teasing me.

A supplier of ours based in Italy is closed today - 1000 employees. I think it'll be something similar here Thursday/Friday.

Best me to it, just started snowing in Cork City, but it seems to have stopped again. Was a very clear sunny day until now.

Only for a few mins. The Galtees themselves, except the very top of Galteemore, aren't even white yet.
