Recommend physical therapist Cork city for advice re mobility and flexibility

Is there any decent physical/sports therapist in Cork who will assess me and advise what stretching, mobility training etc I should be doing to avoid injury lifting and exercising. Have torn a few muscles over the years and aside from foam rolling, not sure what should be doing . Some people here say not to stretch, others…
