Ok, here's one I heard the other day that was new to me...

Two old TV series in the UK 'some mothers do ave em' with the hapless Frank Spencer and Morse with John Thaw (you don't actually have to know the series to guess the answer).

What does the theme music for some mothers do ave em have in common with the the incidental music in Morse.

We had this question (the other way round) recently. Morse code was incorporated into the music.

Ho hum at least it saves me keep checking the answers ! - yeah a part of the theme for some mothers spelled out 'some mothers do ave em' in morse code & the music writer for morse incorporated the killers name in morse code during the shows.

Next time I'll just stay quiet :D

    A drill?

No, I'm thinking of Mr. Black from Black & Decker and that was around 1900.

    Back to the drawing board.
