How old is Ashley? 30? Yet when "her man" playfully suggests he wants to bake that potato she runs away and tells her mommy? Fauxmance.

I'v said it before but BB rotate/edit who they show just like the soaps do.

There are different people in there to draw a bigger audience and they edit it to make sure they play to as many as they can.

Maggie,John and Shane are out now but will soon be the hot topic.

Milkitforwhatitis is doing well and I like her, didn't think I would.

It was great seeing Kim on BOTS. India fancies Daniel.

Only watched BOTS now, the whole India fancying Daniel was a bit of a shock!

I know, I was like why didn’t she make that known when she was in there, would have made good tv. Would love to have seen Daniels reaction to this revelation.

I'm actually scared to post this........ Right, don't kill me but I'm getting kind of sick of Shortney.

I think it's because he/she has monopolised the show for the last few episodes. And if he doesn't get told off for his behaviour tonight, that's so not right. Remember when the guy from baywatch got straight kicked off coz he pulled on some girl's dressing gown or something?

Also, was reading the posts about Andrew & Daniel's comments that had put people off and when I think about it, Shortney has been just as crude but I think it's because he/she sounds so eloquent doing it, it's forgiven!

I miss the whole India "misgendering" drama, they're all too nice nicey now.

OK, I'm ready for the onslaught of shortney love. Am I going to be forced to resign from the clique? :-(

That was bad for my hangover. Showmance heavy. Still don’t like Andrew and Shane J is getting s bit annoying. Ashley is a plank. Jess is not half as much of a plank as she lets on.

My head hurts :( needs a big shake up. They need to end the stupid task of girls v boys and get them all against each other. Lots of promise in there being squandered by the drunk monkeys in charge.

How hard is it? Starve them, get them cranky and then do normal noms three days later, for everyone.

    D!ckhead producers

You know what, confession time. I can relate to Rachel. I'd go full on hulk if someone didn't put cheese on the shopping list. It's unforgivable be it the simple cheddar, the soft Edam, crumbly Stilton with cranberry or the amazing Parmesan cheese that makes toast even better. Cinnamon toast with Parmesan is the best food in the world.

I think they are playing it.

I think Shane will be devastated to be given a formal warning for his behaviour. It's obvious he's trying to trademark the whole "consent is sexy thing" and make it his catchphrase, so I've no doubt he'll see his own actions as a massive fcuk up. I think he just got carried away and although he probably shouldn't have done that, I'd hate for him to feel too bad over it because he has shown himself to be a very decent person by how he speaks during certain precarious topics. I think comparing what he did with that fool who pulled the girls dressing gown off is incomparable, 1, because it's clear these two were messing around, and 2, that girl Chloe was mortified and really upset over what happened to her so I've no doubt that fuelled Big Brother's decision. Andrew didn't seem to GAF. To me it just looked like harmless fun between friends.

I've missed a few eps but watched tonight. So Im a wee bit confused, are we talking about Shane j yanking at the other fellas trackies and them coming down a bit?

Or have I missed something :o

(jet lag could be a factor :D)

Hmmmm, methinks we have all been blinded by Shortney's beauty and have allowed it to cloud our judgement.

Don't get me wrong, I'm also a fan but taking a step back and looking objectively, I think we are willing to overlook talk and actions which we wouldn't in others simply because he/she is so beautiful, insightful and well spoken.

Hence the "oh, I'd hate for him to feel too bad about himself coz he's such a nice person" when it would be "what a perv, makes me sick" were it Daniel. Which is not right on reflection. The same actions should warrant the same response really.

Just playing devil's advocate here. Should go to bed really, I'll be seeing double in a minute!

If Daniel and Andrew were play fighting and pulled at each other's clothes I would also think they were kidding around.

I'm not blinded by anything. I'm seeing the situation for what I thought it was, two friends messing around and one pushed the boundaries slightly too far but that's it. There was no intent to intimidate there and they seemed mutually playful to me. I'm just not one for the whole shock "omg, kick him out, wtf", spiel because to me Andrew didn't seem to give a fcuk so why would I? And I'd think the same if it was any of the housemates in a similar situation.

Yeah I agree, I'm not outraged by it either. But just seeing it from bb's side, they seem to change the rules from housemate to housemate which is fundamentally wrong imo, it should surely be across the board. And shortney is universally loved which plays a part in it. They and we are willing to excuse things that others would not get away with coz we are all enamoured with how he has come across thus far.
    Just my take on it.
It has turned into the Shortney show lately. I want to see more of the others.

Right....ok...watched it back. I thought my bleary jet lagged eyes and brain had deceived me :D

2 cents and would stand by it.
What happened there between Shane J and Andrew?

    Drunk mates messing.
    BELIEVE ME
I have seen SERIOUSLY worse messing between my gay and straight male mates on a night out with a few bevvies involved. As a matter of fact, I was miffed as to what everyone was talking about warnings etc so thats why I watched it back :D
The big thing with anything like this is participation and involvement.

Are the participants comfortable or awkward?
Both seemed very comfortable and having the laugh.

Does it seem like coerction or pressure?
    Nope

I have seen straight male friends do WAY WORSE to each other after a few beers.
I have seem lads placing their bums over their mates faces while they were sleeping and then waking the lad underneath who then gets a very unpleasant "nose placement"
And thats one of the milder ones Im willing to describe :p:pac:

They are 2 mates. One happens to be gay. The messing and the antics doesnt seem to bother them, we shouldnt feel pc about it :)

Absolutely kittensmittens, I'm not a bit bothered by it personally. I suppose I'm just making a comment on the inconsistencies of the BB producers decisions really.

Anyhoo, it's off to bed for me. Far too late for this level of serious reflection!
    Night all. x
