I'm unsure about Natalie. If the writers were any way clever they could do a good story with her turning up.
What about Hughie recieving the letter from Natalie's solicitor re her money - which I assume was something to do with her will? If they were to suddenly ressurect her, it would make FC even more unbelievable than ever, as the wills of living persons - and proof of death is needed - aren't executed without the same,. :) Then again, FC never pays any attention to the actual law..... It makes up BS and retcons as it goes along.... :D

The pay of a nuss - in particular a super-nuss is extremely generous in Carrigstown! :D

I just remember when Kevin reappeared lots of people were expecting her to come back and were saying it was a scam to get money off Hughie!

It could have been a storyline they were planning then they suddenly decided they liked Kevin's character - fake accent and all - and decided to drop it. I was reading a DS thread on soaps a couple of days ago on the subject of seemingly dropped storylines or storylines that went nowhere. I never realised there were so many of them, but FC wasn't mentioned in the thread, so the better quality of soap make a b*lls of things too - but admittedly, not as often as FC! :D

She would need a ladder to kill Oakely, the man is easily 10 feet tall :D

I think in truth he is only about 6ft 3 or something, showing how small most of the cast are. The male characters are ridiculously short (Mondo, Decco, Emmet etc), there doesn't seem to be anyone even over 6ft, bar Oakley himself.

I want to know did damien ever replace tommy dildo's laptop when it had all tea accidently dropped on it ... and what about all his files on the hard drive - see these are the important things FC just dont seem to cover !

How did no one notice Dr. Death putting the poison into the tea? Was the place not full of all the "disciples" milling round or whatever?

Kerri Ann being all emotional when Ama was leaving, since when were they besties? Kerri Ann was nowhere to be found when Shane the doctor was cheating on Ama with Heather, its weird how FC suddenly decide who likes each other. Just like Robbie and Dermot in safe houses etc all last year!

Oh, believe me, it's a nuss (noun). :D According to Ama's fake accent and the FC dictionary, a nuss is: One who heals the sick, comforts the dying, forgets their own deeply held religious beliefs when they fall into bed with the local doctor, but keep their boyfriend (usually named Damian) who saved them from what can only be termed slavers from getting any bit of intimacy due to said religious beliefs, thus causing them to cheat. Namely, a nuss is a big hypocrite. A nuss also has taken an oath on the day of their qualification of swearing upon all that is sacred to constantly interfere in the private lives of others until the day they die (a bit like an all rounder priest) except a nuss is vastly more important. Whereas a nurse (noun)is A person trained to care for the sick or infirm, especially in a hospital.:D:D

I'd say the same; 6'3 or 6'4 but most of the other cast members are average height or below. Everyone looks taller or smaller on TV, according to their body shape and how they hold themselves. For example; a couple of years ago, my brother and I saw a TD who's on and off the news a fair bit, well at least he used to be. I always assumed from TV that he was at least 5'9 or 5'10, but in reality, he's only about an inch taller than me - he walked right by us on a packed street and I was wearing flat shoes - and I'm only 5'3.... I couldn't stop gawking - not because I was star struck (as if :D) - because I was shocked that my 5'9 brother completely dwarfed him and he was just a shade taller than me! TV can be deceiving! :D

They're all mutes sure, even if they had seen him, they wouldn't have been able to tell anyone! the bunch of saps !

The fact that Oakley is towering over everyone in each scene makes me think it's a short cast. Having said that, Bob Charles and Leo Dowling look like they're around the 6ft mark.

I would like to see the Dr. Oakley situation get more interesting. He is so foolish and obvious in his revenge. No sense of cop on for a doctor.

As you say body shape. He's not carrying an ounce and has a stately kind of bearing.. Maybe we can call him De Valera?!!;) He was known for pulling a stroke too!

I'm obsessed with naming my first ever Fair City character :)

Maybe we should nickname him ''the Long Fella'' as a nod to Dev (can't stand politicians BTW myself) :D

Re the whole cult thing.... I'm starting to form the opinion that the Phoenix Way itself was/is no cult at all, but a genuine self-help group with headquarters in the slightly unbelievable Warsaw :P My take on in is that if the recent spoiler is true, that both Miriam and Oakley joined it in order to deal with the issue they were going through, but Miriam, being slightly more unbalanced and unhealthily obsessed, added the whole ''cultish'' vibe to it. Oakley, is probably pi**ed off over how she hijacked something that was actually helping people (he's a doctor after all) before she took it over with her ''circle of healing BS'' and wants to destroy her group completely before she f**ks any more people up, like she did Hannah. He's just using Charlotte as a means to an end, but in no way do I think he'll hurt her.... Actually, if he levels with her, being as scheming as she has proved herself to be, I can actually see them joining forces to bring down Miriam, Emmet, et al, quite possibly helped by Cormac (an Oakley mole on the inside, is my take on him). Anyway, that's just my opinion, feel free to contradict me, offer your own views, opinions, that's just my take, and as my Gran used to say I could very well be ''as far out as the lighthouse'', meaning I'm barking up the wrong tree! :D

I have a feeling we're in for nine months of Kerri-Anne running around her handbag awkwardly bumping into Mondo!

This drivel will be placed annoyingly alongside the much better cult storyline akin to the Condors and other such storylines in the past were. Kerri Ann (this seems to be the official spelling!) is one of these characters that need a bit of a reinvention. They had the perfect opportunity to have her gullible character fall into the cult but instead have this stupid not getting on with Decco. Decco's character is wasted and I would like to see him become a Darren (Love/Hate) type character with his past catching up despite his best intentions. Little room for this with this Kerri Ann rubbish though.
