Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ever so slightly off-topic; If you have Windows 10, and want to display the pictures in this thread when you lock your PC, first delay your screen going off; https://www.windowscentral.com/how-extend-lock-screen-timeout-display-turn-windows-10 (get a tech friend to do this if you're unsure).
Then save all of the cute pictures you see in this thread into a folder, and when you right click your desktop, click Personalize, and then goto the Lock Screen tab, set it to Slideshow, and select the folder that you put the pictures into. This way, when you computer is locked, it'll show all the cute pictures

My cockatiels just had two babies and I really want to post a picture from my computer but I don't know how. To make it worse, a few months ago someone gave me instructions that were easy to follow and I know I've posted a picture but I can't remember how and I can't find the thread
If someone would be kind enough to explain it I would really appreciate it and promise to save it so I don't have to bother boardsies again 0 -

The big one is 5 days old and the little one is 1 day. Now I just need two gender neutral names as you can't tell if they're male or female for a few months. I don't think the birdies will care but I had a Chloe and a Rosie that turned out to male. It was weird when I'd be telling people about them "Chloe, he's really adventurous but Rosie, he's more cautious". It used to confuse people lol0 -

Unfortunately Sasha didn't make it
The parents neglected her and she stopped developing. She was getting trampled by Teddy so I took her from the nest box and was hand feeding her but she died two days later.
Teddy on the other hand is doing great and has put on so much weight that he can't walk and just kind of shuffles backwards :pac: Apparently in about a week or two he will start losing weight as he becomes a fledgling and begins trying to fly.
I'm posting a picture from when he was a day or two old and another one from today when he's about 23 days old. I'm just posting links as when I embed the pictures they are massive. If there was someone with the skills to take the two pictures and put them side by side for comparison I'd really appreciate it. It's amazing how much he's changed in such a short space of time

I planned on spending the last couple of days just relaxing and not doing much. No family, work, college, real life commitments. Just me, my animals and the internet. My dogs are chilled out and are happy with walkies and quite time while I watch stuff on the laptop. My two parrots are driving me insane :rolleyes:
It's like having toddlers with wings. They are being so bold and trying to take everything that I want. They don't want their own toys. They only want to "play" with my things :rolleyes: They already wrecked the keyboard of my laptop and now Ruby wants to destroy my wireless one. She actually called me a "fcuking b!tch" because I wouldn't let her pick off the keys :pac::pac: Charlie tried to bite me because I wouldn't let him chew on a lighter he found. Then he got p!ssed off because I took a biro off him I got called a ****ing b!tch again by Ruby because I wouldn't let her chew on the lead of the lamp :rolleyes:
They're not normally this bad and I think having me around rather than me being at work has just made them attention seeking. I just want to watch Die Hard in peace and as much as they are annoying, it's quite funny as well. I know when I'm back at work in a couple of days I'll want to be back with them but would it kill them to knock it off for a few hours? 0 -
