My mum was in poor form today, and with all the work I was getting done in my house, I couldnt handle all of it. I broke down this eve.

Hope she's ok. Mums are the best. I miss mine.

Amount of people driving around with faulty headlights. 5 minute drive to the shop just now and counted 4 cars with only one working headlight.

    Check your bulbs people

Still, you have to admire the level of villainousness commitment that certain person has shown.

OMGGG!!!:mad::eek::mad::eek::mad: I've just heard the most enormous crashing sounds, am presuming it's a sheet of snow/sleet/slush sliding off the Window! Currently too ill to function/move to check but I presuming that's what it is.

What I came here to post was that trying to get Nail Polish off is a bit of a pain in the rear. When ya trying to get it on then the blasted thing goes everywhere all over yer fingers, everywhere ya don't want it except on yer finger-nails.:pac:

Repeat this out loud to yourselves --- > snow sleet slush!! It's annoying :p but funny! :D:pac::o

Feel like i’ve been getting a cold since yesterday. I went to bed at 10pm last night and sniffled my way through work today (invigilating, so sniffles and suppressed sneezes are awkward af) and headachey.
So i figured i’d hit the booze tonight, sure i’ll be miserable anyway, may as well enjoy it.
I love how wise I am sometimes.

Irish Rail announcements using the word "customer" e.g. "We would like to advise customers..." not a customer, I'm a passenger.

There is a driver on the M3 Docklands route who is an angry soul, he should be posting in this thread :)

Sometimes we get a short train so we all pile into the Calcutta express. The driver does not “apologize on behalf on Irish rail bla bla”

Nope we get “I’ve told management about this short train, I don’t know what’s going on, I did tell them. Folks go to the Irish rail website to get the email and send complaints.”

No attempt to defend the company , just blames management, he’s gas :D

I dreamt that I was at a wedding and LMB was there. She was absolutely stunning. Gutted. I woke before anything happened

I literally cannot put into words how much I hate that Currys PCWorld ad with the "cute" child saying curlypieces. When is it going to be replaced with something that doesn't make me want to throw the radio out the window?

The idiotic mother who beeped and shouted at me this morning because I didn't go through a red light. She nearly rear ended me because she was so desperate to get through the lights to drop her children to school. Running through the red light would have led to me and her (in her big jeep) ploughing through a load of children crossing the road to get to the same school as her children. Seriously. I think I see the worst driving at and near schools, absolute maniacal mothers driving GTA style.

Pedestrians are as bad - about to cross the road today, red man there - green light for traffic - and a coach coming. You stop right ?

No, apparently the MO is to carry on walking, almost throw me under the wheels and call me a b**ch!!!

And don't get me started on the mare who got on the LUAS still with the umbrella up and THEN shook the water off it. After the doors had closed.

She must be hunted down for sport.
