Cookbook for coeliacs

    Hi, not sure if this is the correct forum but can anyone recommend a good cookery book for coeliacs. I don't want just bread and cakes, would like nice starters, mains and simple desserts etc....Post links to books if you can, I would love to get a nice book for myself for Christmas. Thanks! Also decent "go-to" websites for recipes appreciated.

    Phil Vickery's Essential Gluten-Free is very good & https://www.glutenfreeireland.com/links/ has some good links to websites
