Imagine the forum is mostly watching Ulster, but La Rochelle at home is just top notch rugby. Pace & precision. Reckon they can go far.

    Their tempo is insane.

They're a physically huge team, but somehow have the engines to get through 80mins at breakneck speed each time.

    Scary

  • Exeter Chiefs
La Rochelle are definitely contenders this season. They looks like they could score any time they wanted basically.

when I went there for the Ulster match the size of them was jaw dropping.

Absolutely the biggest team I've ever seen and they make rugby look so easy!!!

I didn't know Ryan Lamb was at La Rochelle.

James and Lamb, they like their flakey 10s.

I have BT on my Sky dish, but BT is not available to a lot of people, and is a right pain.

Have any agencies published packages for the final yet? Just looked at aer lingus, €972 pp.

Is it time to talk about the Premiership's automatic places in this competition yet?

A weak league, entertaining the idea of removing relegation (only shocking leagues have no relegation), unable to earn a single victory over a weekend.

    Embarrassing.

    Letting the competition down.

No wonder the cup didn't get the title sponsors it deserves. How much longer can we realistically subsidise and support this woefully under performing league?

Because I have business broadband with eir I have to pay for eir sport

I'm at the point of ditching sky sports and paying for eir

A seat on the plane. I know they'll add capacity when things firm up. But I'm looking to book this side of the next round.

Bad weekend for premiership clubs. Not a single win in five European Champions Cup matches. Three losses against Irish provinces.

Saracens are the lone flag-bearer who have yet to add to that list. It's not over till it's over. ;)

At the halfway point, my predictions for the QFs are:

    La Rochelle
    Sarries
    Leinster
    Munster
    Toulon
    Clermont
    Bath
    Montpelier

Ulster well in the mix too

All I know is La Rochelle will be the hardest team to beat.

If and when they make the KOs, best of luck to anyone having a go!

Bilbao hotel prices suggest you get a few gold bars into the bargain.

I really hope they do get it played tomorrow. Will be awkward to find a slot otherwise.

Disastrous for the home fans, to play on a Monday night, both of them, but sure this is it.

  • Exeter Chiefs
I certainly won't be complaining if it's televised tomorrow night.

If it isnt played tomorrow just do what munster had to do last year. Play it first week in january and reschedule league matches

If pitch is playable then play it even behind closed doors

Wasn't the pitch that was the problem. It was the conditions outside with trains cancelled, multiple road collisions and icy roads.
