    Your argument boils down to that, the person who committed the act would be completely absolved, whereas those who committed no act at all (and commenting on or advocating an act is certainly not participating in it) would someone assume responsibility.

    It's not a good line. It seems to be strung together by grabbing phrases here and there, but there is no reality to it.

    Yes, it may be devilishly hard to prosecute but suicide as a crime is still on the statute books in some jurisdictions.

    No, as I am not "revelling" in the suicide of a poor young woman who was driven to this by morons.

    I really don't bother arguing law with those who rely on Google. For them it's just random sentences thrown at a page.
