    I got that too. I stopped the app in the settings and tried again and presto sorted.

    hmm I rebooted my phone and same deal. Was sure a reboot would clear the app.

    Perhaps app cache needs to be cleared. Will try now.

    Tried a reinstall of the app, and still presented with the skippable "Intro" screens and requesting I input my phone number.

    I really need to use the app as soon as possible to top up - my thinking is that there are loads of people out there trying and trying to log in all just to check the exchange rate of BTC :/ which is causing the app to crash

    I think you are probably right as there's a lot of btc movement today, coinbase and others are having issues too at the minute

    Not good if this will regularly affect normal users

    Yeah full coin at 13.7K. Did a good bit of research after its rise in last 7 days so taking a chance, will sell if it reaches 30k.

    Jeez I am having a nightmare with Revolut and on the verge of ditching them.

    I topped up the card to pay for all the kids Christmas presents and bought them all on Amazon.

    All the payments got made, and all the money taken from my Revolut card on the 5th December.

    Then today I'm getting 'payment declined' emails from Amazon and the Revolut card is giving me 'insufficient funds' notices, yet the money is gone from the revolut account since 5th Dec.

    Im at risk here of losing the Amazon orders/ kids pressies with them being cancelled.
    The money is gone from Revolut and i don't have any more funds,
    so where the hell is my money gone if its not in Revolut account and Amazon dont have it either!?!?

    their customer service is terrible and i can't get anyone

    Sounds more like an issue with how Amazon charged you tbh than Revolut

    The transactions on the 5th, are they still pending?

    moneys gone from Revolut account since 5th

    Amazon say problem is on Revolut side.

    Im in limbo here :(

    Check the details on the translations on the Revolut app - they should say Pending.

    I had one declined last week and 7 days later (well the morning after that actually) the money was returned to my account.

    How long did it take for the money to be returned to the account?

    7 days (well was the morning after). I'd contact Amazon Customer services and tell them whats happening
