Thanks for the heads up on the Irish Whiskey Amazon offer.

Amazon have an offer on at the mo, £10 off pantry offer that are £40 or more. If the code won't work at checkout, use their chat and they'll refund the £10 after you place your order

For those ordering, I have used Parcel Wizard in the past for buying alcohol from Amazon and it went through.

They allow it to be sent via them but there may be customs charges on the item(s).

FWIW I bought about €50 worth of alcohol and had no customs charges.

This was in July of this year so whether it has changed since I'm not sure but I saw your post in the Amazon thread so thought I would PM you, I hope that's okay.

I also only paid the €3.50 charge for delivery even though the parcel came in a massive brown box there was no charges for heavy/over-sized goods.

I did ask Parcel Wizard before ordering if they allowed alcohol to be delivered via them and they said they did.

Hope this is of help to some of you ordering.

I see Tesco have some gin on offer for 20euro a bottle. I want to give as a gift but don't know a good gin as I don't drink it myself. I know she doesn't rate the Cork gin at all. So any recommendations for a good gin? Preferably on offer

I was looking at the Green Spot in the Amazon whiskey sale yesterday and not sure PM would work. Gone up to £36.45 but still great value so will give it a go.
