One year my sister, a primary teacher, had a Sauvingnon and Chardonnay in her class.

Needless to say it was a Deis school.

    Them Waterford lads are mad.

Smiled at the radio the other day. Ronan Collins was reading out requests on his show. 2 of the new babies mentioned were Maureen and Philip.
    Back to basics.
    It’s gone full circle now.

Actually my good friends daughter is called Ffion , the live in south Wales and pronounce it Ef e on Which is where my knowledge comes from
Way back years ago my niece was friendly with an Ffion from Cardif and also pronounced Ef e on . Not as harsh as the spelling of course as said in a beautiful Welsh accent
So it was like a very soft E feán so maybe it was a south Wales intonation on the Ef

Footballer Andy Carroll and his wife had their second baby yesterday and it's up there with the most ridiculous names ever.

I have a Guide Dog calendar and this month is three puppies on the grass called Lulu, Leon and Larry.

Someone in the office just said "wouldn't they be great names for triplets ?"

Am I the only one who still remembers Leisure suit Larry? Larry is not a name I would choose.

Larry is definitely a name to avoid. I never thought it was a great name in the first place, and I'm old enough to remember Leisure suit Larry? It's cringey enough on its own, let alone with that association.

I just hope this person has no more kids - let alone triplets.

    They already have a Jessie-Mae.

I used to work with a Lawrence and people would either call him that or Lar. I kind of got found of 'Lar' but 'Larry' is a bit much.

    I hear Larry, I think
